    I purchased the Bose-Quiet Comfort 45 Wireless headphones in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Two weeks later while visiting Oceanside, California I noticed that the left ear side was not working properly. I returned the set to the Oceanside Best Buy and received a new pair of headphones only to be charged a $45 restocking fee. I think that is bad business!

    Apparently the noise cancellation cannot be turned off. Wonder what the bose designers were thinking. I decided to go with the Sony XM4 instead

    I’ve been looking at high quality headphones for a few years and finally pulled the trigger on a Black Friday special. I’m very impressed but don’t have anything to compare these to.

    Excellent noise canceling and clear sound. I don't see any adjustments on the app. I love everything about the product except the price. Even on sale the price is a little high.
