Major flaws
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oftentimes has static feedback while switching apps, even with music playing in background. Noise cancelling often glitches out. The Bluetooth is not great and cuts out at pretty short distance. I bought a less expensive brand that does not have these problems.

These are awful.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are garbage. Of course the issues started happening after the return policy date. The sound cuts in and out. The battery doesnt last. The sound quality is garbage. The only redeeming quality is they are light weight. I take these out with me because i dont care if they are broken or stolen. Dont waste your money on these. If you are going to get a pair of nch then get the Sony. Even the Beats by Dre have better sound and battery life than these do.

Avoid if you want to pair with multiple devices
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I pair multiple devices with these headphones, the headphones will cut-out for 10, 15, 20 seconds or more and then finally resume playing the content I was consuming. When I only pair with one device or the other paired devices are off or atleast the bluetooth for said device is off these headphones work fine, but since I use 2, 3 or 4 devices throughout each day it is very cumbersome to switch on and off each other device I am not consuming content on, so that these headphones will not cut-out while I am on the device I do want to use. Anyway I used the Bose Soundlink AE II wireless for about 5-7 years and did not have this problem and only upgrade because they finally gave up. I am going to get something else because after a few months of having to make sure only one paired device is on when I use this has become tiresome. If you have two or more paired devices on at a time, be prepared for cutting-out content. I do not reccomend these headphones or the updated version of these same headphones. The updated version have the exact same issue, I own both of them.

Posted .Thanks for your review of the QuietComfort 45 Headphones, Joseph! I'm sorry to hear about the cutouts you've been having when using multipoint.
Here are some things you can try if this issue occurs. Your secondary Bluetooth device may be receiving a text/email notification and trying to broadcast audio to your headphones. This could interrupt the primary Bluetooth connection, causing intermittent audio or sporadic Bluetooth connections.
To eliminate any interruptions, we recommend turning off Bluetooth on your secondary device if possible. Failing that, try rebooting your connected devices, and try clearing the Bluetooth pairing lists on all sides, i.e. in the devices and in the headphones. You should also make sure you're using the most up-to-date firmware on your headphones; this is downloadable via the Bose app.
Please also remember that our customer support team will be on hand to assist further: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these headphones weekly on a Bell 407 helicopter. Over 1000' in the air there's a popping noise in the headphones. Although they sound very good they are no where near loud enough.

Posted .Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing popping noises at high altitudes. Whilst these headphones are not designed for this kind of environment, we do have our aviation headphones that I am sure will be perfect for you! You can find them here: https://bose.life/40BxS8w
