    Sound quality was decent, but was not comfortable on my head. A lot of pressure around the ears. I also have a bigger head, so this probably explains it.

    Although the noise cancellation was effective, the headphones generated a great deal of static when used. It was also impossible to use these headphones to make a phone call. It was reported to me that the call was totally blocked by static. I returned these headphones and purchased another brand. The new item works perfectly with no static or interference. Not a good product. Hence the sale price.

    I am not very impressed. This is my second pair. I lost my QC35, and I was heartbroken. However, these QC45 are falling apart. It has been less than a year, and the earpads will not stay on.

    These regularly disconnect or go dead. After having the QC35s, I expected an upgrade, but these don't deliver. Not having multi-point connection is a bummer

    Very unhappy with the bluetooth volume to my iPad for Netflix etc. should have some kind of sound boost button aside from volume. I wish I could trade them for something different but I travel a lot and now past the return window.
