I did a store pick-up (at 86th St & Lexington Ave. store) of what I believed would be the brand new product I purchased online, only to discover when I opened the box that the product appeared used and the charging and audio cables were missing. When I tried to return the product at the store, they refused to take it back and exchange it for the new product I had purchased. After several calls to Best Buy customer service, I went back to the store to try and return it a second time, and a staff member who knew what she was doing exchanged the product. By this time, the undue difficulty I encountered had soured my shopping experience and my trust in Best Buy as a company that stands behind its products or its stated return/exchange policy. After that experience, I turned to other retailers to complete my holiday shopping for electronics. A complaint I made to Best Buy corporate via email has also gone unanswered, suggesting that good customer service is no longer a priority for Best Buy.

These do not really "cancel" out any noise, which is the reason why I got them, and the BlueTooth cuts in and out so much it's annoying. They do feel a little big on me and maybe that's why the noise cancelling isn't working, but I don't think my head is that small. I am super disappointed as I got them so I wouldn't hear - duh- outside noise. The app doesn't load in certain spots and has to be deleted and re installed. Totally annoying. Barely listened for a half an hour and the battery was at 60%. RETURNING.

I'm sorry to hear of the experience you had with your headphones. It doesn't sound like our QC45s at all! The headphones feature industry leading noise cancellation technology so you should not have had issues lowering ambient sound. The app should work fine, but this could be related to external factors so it'd be a good idea to check with other smartphones to see if the problem persists.
With regard to battery life you can expect around 24 hours of playback so that certainly isn't normal behavior. I hope you get the opportunity to try another set of headphones as this is not indicative of normal performance.

Personally, the audio quality was also worse than Sony's wh-1000xm4.
