    Encountered a couple of issues a few days after receiving item. 1) Sound keeps cutting out. 2) Microphone stopped working. Did basic troubleshooting including device reset. No go. So sad I can't return the item as I am currently overseas and won't be back in the US for a while.

    Honestly, I had high hopes, and lots of reviews said this was the one, but it is not. These headphones constantly have static and distortion, and drop the quality of audio down to as low as Bluetooth technology can candle, degrading the sound furthermore. They constantly lose connection, even when about 2 feet away. They go to Sleep mode even when they are in use, making it very annoying when you are watching something on a flight, which is the entire reason why I purchased these. Anytime you change from aware or quite mode it stops the audio for seconds after it alerts you if the change, which is also very annoying to have to wait for every time you want to change the mode. The battery life is just OK, but not good or great at all, which is another downside that really makes me want to return these. I've own many Bose products, but these are not the Bose quality I trust.

Audio quality can be affected by interference in the connection between the source device, as can connectivity.     Bought the 2021 version on 11/17/2023 and as of 3/10/2024, I notice significantly electronic crackling noise even w/o music - i tried the trouble shoot on bose website as well as other suggested solutions through online research and none of them resolved my issues. I took good care of my devices thus this is definitely a defected item to me. What make it worse was the bose customer service, and it's the third live agent that i talked to replace my device - the other two keep asking me to try trouble shooting or insisting on providing billing address even i explain i got it from bestbuy and never had an account with BOSE.

    There is no dislikes i have to say about these headphones. They are perfect with the noise canceling mode for those that just wanna enjoy listening to their music or tv shows whatever they are being used for.

    Let's hope the BOSE warranty process is easy, because these headphones are dead. The right speaker started making a horrible squeal accompanied by a large amount of static. I shut them off and turned them back on. That should have been my first clue. They worked fine for a few more days when the same issues began again. Right then and there I decided to exchange them. But now they won't even turn on. The power switch does absolutely nothing, and the charge light won't even come on. And I'm certain they have plenty of juice left, and yes Bose support, I've tried another cable and charger. Sadly they are past the return date of Best Buy by a few days. Now I have to deal with sending them off. Yay...

    Disappointed. I bought these headphones to talk with clients, however, my clients said that my voice was going “in and out” and I was hard to hear. I returned them for a different pair twide, but still had the same problem. I gave them to my daughter to listen to music.

    Ihave always been a bose guy and stepped up from the qc25. Awesome. Compared them to my son in laws latest wh 1000xm 4 and i like mine better. And mine are folding smaller to carry better.

    Love them!! Had the previous model and had to get this ones. The Newer model don’t fold like this one. That’s why I went with this model again it can be stored in a very compact way.

    The sound quality is great but the headphones have connectivity issues especially when its connected to 2 devices the audio drops for 2 secs and comes back, this happens quite often and is annoying so I am considering to return it.

      Hello, it's good to hear you feel the sound quality is great on these headphones. The headphones have Bluetooth 5.1 and a connection range of upto 33 feet (10 metres).
      It may take several moments for the headset to switch sources if both are playing. It may seem like the new source is paused or that the headset is not producing audio. This is normal.

    A bit annoying that the sound quality goes down when connected to an android phone as opposed to an iphone but otherwise a great headphone. Easy sound control and touch controls are great when needed. I don’t recommend running with them and having ambient noise on, very windy

    As much as I would like to mark this item with a great review, which I’m sure it would get since it is a quality product. I am going to review the delivery service. It is used by Best Buy. They are the absolute worst claims they were unable to deliver my product in a secure building with security guards, the concierge’s desk and an office full of people and they said there was no one available. They never called me. I was inable to reach them. If your Best Buy product is going to be delivered by roadie, I suggest driving to the store and picking it up there the worst.
