I'm well within my 1 year warranty, and literally cannot get anyone at Bose to explain why I lose bluetooth connectivity CONSTANTLY. I've even been advised to contact Best Buy by Bose, just to obtain a replacement...with no guarantee that the replacement won't have similar issues. I'm a Best Buy credit card customer, and I STILL can't get anyone to help me with these issues after trying over and over to reach anyone to help me. I experience the same issues with my Bose Frames, and will never buy Bose products again.

You want to make sure you are within Bluetooth range which is about 33' (10 m). This range can be reduced by obstacles (i.e. walls, doors, pockets, nearby Bluetooth devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.

The buttons stopped working properly and you have to press them multiple times to get them to work. One side of the noise cancelling doesn’t work as well as the other, although that could be my head shape at fault. Overall very disappointed. They shouldn’t be messing up so quickly. I don’t know if all Bose headphones work like this, or if I was sent a faulty pair. Very sad that I spent so much money for something that can’t work properly as was promised. :(

If you love hives and meds and little to no bass these will be perfect for you. For $330 I would have expected more. Immediately exchanged them for the Sony wh- 1000xm4. The Sony's are amazing and know what the Bose should sound like.

Switching between devices (phone, PC) is a glitchy experience. Co-workers constantly complain about my audio. This didn’t happen with my previous headset the Q35.

Thank you for posting. Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty using the headphones for video calls and switching sources. Some wireless devices can cause interference with a Bluetooth signal. If there are other wireless devices nearby (i.e., 2.4 GHz router or cordless phone, wireless speaker adapters, home security motion sensors, fluorescent lights, microwaves, etc.), disconnect one at a time and check if the issue improves. So much so i returned them as my B&O Headphones which were same price onsale sounded much better.
