This was the first time I ordered something online, I usually go and pick myself . Long story short , it was expected to deliver before Feb 2 , then they changed the date between 2 Feb And 7th , but even 10th passed and it never arrived . The tracker keeps telling product is delivered on a local mail office but it seem status was jammed . Anyway I decided to cancelled the product . Very disappointed.

Good quality product, very good noise isolation. I use multiple devices pair with the headphones and they all work well. I don’t appreciate the assistant feedback when I change from noise cancellation to normal.

I have enjoyed several headsets in the QC line over the years and the QC 45 is no exception. It is comfortable and seems lighter than my previous headset. The sound is balanced at any playing level, clean and crisp as I would expect from Bose. Noise canceling performs extremely well and there is an “action” button to allow you to switch between two noise canceling modes. One is quiet mode and the other is aware mode. Aware mode lets you hear your surroundings while continuing to hear your music source. This works very well. Pairing was very easy. When I first paired with my iPAD I was prompted to download the Bose Music APP. I declined to create an account at this time but the APP assisted in pairing. I didn’t see what it was going to do for me as far as music is concerned. It does supply support information and firmware upgrades. When I paired with my Android phone I was once again prompted to download the APP. Pairing to both devices was quick and easy. I am able to stay connected to both devices at the same time thus allowing me to listen to music on the iPAD and when the phone rings it is announced in the headset and when answered I can speak via the headset. Headset buttons provide full call control. I can also easily access my personal assistant with a push of the multi function button on the headset. I wish the buttons had a tactile identification to distinguish between them. I have been wearing the headset for a few hours now and they remain comfortable. It would not be uncomfortable to wear this headset on a long flight. The construction is of high quality. The adjustable headband puts just the right amount of pressure on the ear pads. The headset came charged at 80 percent. The battery status is announced when you turn on the headset, that's a nice touch, no guessing as to your battery charge. I have been using the headset around two hours now and the battery is at 70 percent. At this rate the battery should last 20 hours. That should be more than enough time for most users. Two cables are provided. One is a 1 foot charge cable ( USB-C ) and the second is a 3.5 foot stereo audio cable to directly connect the headset to a music source. Sadly no power brick is supplied, which is common now. Also included is a hard case to protect your headset when not in use. I am thoroughly enjoying this headset and feel it will serve me well for years to come.

Cannot believe they haven’t fixed the microphone issue. Disappointed about the battery life and microphone. Don’t recommend this headphone

Noise cancelation and sound quality are top tier. I simply cannot go back to my old headphones.

I love these headphones. I work in a metal shop and it makes the noise of hand forming disappear.

There hasnt been any issues with it and the memory foam is soft! Perfection recommendation to anyone.

I bought these and another brand to decide which was better with weight, noise cancelling and ease of connecting to my phone. I did not take this pair because I had to go through an entire process to reconnect each time, and they were significantly heavier and felt more cheaply made than my Sony pair. Also the battery life was about a quarter than the other brand I bought.

Is anything better than Bose? I think not. Had to upgrade and works even in loud coffee shops!!!

Sound quality / connection on blue tooth is not good. Static and less clear than any other qc I have ever had. Not recommended.

I don’t think it’s worth over $300 I should’ve kept my beats. Specially the noise cancellation it’s it doesn’t work compared to other ones I’ve tried in the past. It’s great slick look, but it’s not worth it

First time buying an excellent condition stuff. Highly disappointed. Pieces( cables, manual) were missing from the original packing. I had to open the bose website to see what all was there in the original box. Worst buy. Dont go by bestbuy's baselining of excellent. This was good condition with missing pieces from original packing
