    Not very noise canceling. I bought my husband Bose headphones about 2 years ago. You can’t hear any outside noise on his. On these that I bought you have to turn the volume up high to avoid outside noise

      The combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. To ensure maximum noise-cancellation performance, please follow the video at https://bose.life/3lHyp7D to help make sure ear cushions are connected correctly. Please make sure that you are in 'Quiet' mode if you feel that your noise cancellation is not working. To switch between Quiet Mode and Aware Mode, press the Action button.     Good, but not durable. Plastic falls apart easily and breaks where the headband attaches.

    Definitely, these are not worth buying for me. I returned them back because the battery quality was very low. The battery seem to have a died out right away that same day and did not last long at all. My previous ones lasted all day fully charged. They were the Bose 35.

    Horrible. Only a few times after using less than 2 months later, the volume automatically went down every time I played an audio. I tried fixing it (no warranty purchased and now I regret it). Tried to contact Bose Customer Suppott for the manufacture warranty.

    It appears black but when you take it out of the box it’s a so called moon gray which is in tiny print on the box label.
