AirPods Pro are better
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m by no means an audiophile but after listening to these, I was very disappointed with the sound quality, especially for a cheaper Apple AirPods Pro with better integral ability with your Apple device. I return these and got the AirPods instead and the AirPods do not disappoint.

Still Premium
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose has a pretty solid foot hold on noise cancelling wireless headphones and for good reason. The new QC45 represent the next iteration in the QC line and while not revolutionary are a nice evolutionary step forward for the brand. Pros: - Seemingly better built than the outgoing QC35 II - Slightly improved noise cancelling. On par with Sony's WH1000XM4. - Improved sound quality. Better balance with less bass push. Sounds more refined than its predecessor - Still super comfortable for long listening periods - Better battery life than the QC35 II - Improved call quality and new audio transparency mode to allow outside sounds to passthrough - Compact travel case and comes with supplied 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable for wired use Cons - A tad heavier than the QC35 II - Battery life still falls short of the Sony XM4 - Transparency mode could use some work. Audio sounds a tad muffled/quiet. Other - Bose Music app works well, but doesn't provide in really value aside from making sure the QC45 are up-to-date. Does offer music controls, but I really don't know why one would use this app for that purpose. Overall, the QC45 is a more refined and capable version of the QC35 II which itself was outstanding by most standards. Bose finds itself in an ever growing pool of competitors, but fends most off with a complete overall package. They are a traveler's best friend for a reason.

Please do not buy!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second malfunction unit, the problem is the switch and the battery itself - one of them the battery doesn’t charge, so I returned and the replacement , while it was fully charged the switch can’t turn the headphone on. It is so frustrating. I don’t think they do any QC on their QC45 production! PUN INTENDED.

Disappointing in all categories.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought the noise cancellation would have been better. Comfort is ok. Not $300 ok. Pairing with multiple devices is a horrible experience. There are much better options out there for a lot less than these. My mistake was going for the brand rather than the value or quality. Too late to return so I'm stuck with them now. I'll have to make due.

No Bluetooth
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.cant connect with Window 7 via bluetooth, what is the point if can only work with the cable , and cable is way too short.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Bose Support
Posted .Hello,
If your computer supports audio streaming via Bluetooth, there is no reason why the headphones shouldn't be compatible despite it being an older OS. Instructions can be found here: https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/articles/HC2513/productCodes/qc45/article.html.
If you continue to have issues, check with the manufacturer of the computer to ensure it supports Bluetooth audio streaming. If it doesn't, a USB Bluetooth dongle that supports A2DP and SBC audio formats may be a good solution.

Sad to have to return.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed. I have other Bose products. Problem with the headphones, they have a high pitch squeal-not all the time- while wearing them and laying down. Tried everything to try and figure out cause. No luck. For how much they cost, this shouldn’t happen period. Returned them 2 days later. Would recommend, since this could have been isolated case. Star knock on sound only because of issue.

Posted .Hi there,
We understand you have returned them due to the squealing noise. The squealing noise is not expected from the headphones during normal use. If you decide to try the headphones again in the future. We'd recommend making sure that the ear cushions are securely attached to the headphones. We'd also recommend making sure that the ANC microphone ports are being covered or blocked during use.

Similar style, Great Audio but a couple of flaws
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So straight away i wanted to say that these are so similar in style to the previous version the QC 35II that its tough to distinguish the physical difference. Two ways you can are the USB C port and the stamped bose logo, everything else is much the same. So first let's talk comfort. the QC range has always been really comfortable and these are no different. They are for me the most comfortable headphones I have worn. From the clamping pressure to the feel on-ear, Bose knows how to make comfortable cans. Noise cancelling is a step up this year and it rivals the competitors. joint class-leading in my opinion and blocks out all the right noise. Transparency mode also lets in enough audio without destroying your experince. Battery life is also improved enabling me to squeak a couple of extra hours out of them. When it comes to the listening experience im finding them to sound a lot like the QC 35ii so dont go expecting some major upgrade in audio tuning in these. The bass is subdued so if your looking for a full bass forward experience then these may not be for you. These do however shine in music with string instruments and clear vocals. everythig is pretty detailed like they were previously. No AptX or LDAC which is the same as previous version and thats a shame. I was hopijng for one or both to be inluded. Some of the flaws are that you can't listen while charging, why? i have no idea. Also, you have to have either ANC enabled or Transparency, you cantr turn them both off completely which is an annoyance. You cant listen to these as wired over USB C neither which baffles me. Overall much the same with some added features and better battery. If you are looking for some new improved audio then you wont find it here but these are now up to date with features and still stand tall with comfort

Do not recommend -Poor quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had great Bose headphones for about 3 years. When they wore out I got these and they are terrible. They cut in and out constantly and the battery life is half my other pair. I have to charge them daily. Disappointed.
