I had purchased the Sony XM4 headphones before returning them and purchasing these. The Sonys were nice headphones with more options however at the end of the day the extra options are why I returned them. The Bose sound great and to me and function better. The xm4 has a great pause feature when removing the headphones but seemed to only work some of the time. Also when taking on and off the headphones the touch surface would accidentally get touched resulting in volume change or song change. The Bose are simple they sound great, noise canceling is excellent and a great headphone. My one complaint is a lack of EQ in the app. If Bose can add this with a app or firmware update these would be perfect!

Expected better from both Bose and Best Buy. First, shipping took FOREVER!!! Was quoted one date, and arrived 2 weeks later than quoted. Very easy to sync with all my devices. Very comfortable. Volume up and down buttons are ok, but the button to answer the phone is right in between the two, VERY close, and hard to find quickly. (especially if you have nails) Sound quality is pretty good - EXCEPT - they cut out every now and then briefly. I will keep and use for now, but my next purchase will be a different brand.

Very good and comfort. the sound is excellent. The Bose -QuietComfort 45 Wireless headphone are the best.

Comfortable. Major issue is that you need to make sure that the headphones are not connected to too many devices. If they are connected to multiple devices you can have serious disruption of sound and disconnect. For example, I had the headphones connected to my phone and to my ipad (not in use). The ipad connection, though not being used, caused serious issues. You may need to connect and disconnect actively between platforms, which is somewhat problematic. I wish there was a little more control of sound levels.

Perfect wireless headphones to use for the gym. They are very comfortable and have great sound and noise cancelling.

Soft on the ears. I liked how this sound the most when trying out all the headphones. Long battery life.

I bought a 'factory reconditioned/open box' QC45 headphone at a discount, but it came with a wrong charging cable and a missing miniplug wire and quite literally didn't work. I drove back to the store to pay the extra and get an unopened replacement and they didn't have any. I paid for it there and then drove to a store in the next town and picked it up. Lesson learned: Open box or factory reconditioned is not what you think, don't try to save a few bucks and go that route. The headphones are just what I needed for an overseas trip for noise cancellation on the plane. I also use them for Zoom meetings and iPhone calls, the new headphones work great for that.

I want to upgrade my headphones and I did. The new 45s fit better feel better and sound better. Next question.

These were the Best Headphones we've ever purchased. I say "we" because I originally bought them for my wife, but we shared them all the time lol :) unfortunately last month someone broke into my car and stole my backpack which had my Bose Headphones inside of it :( so I know it's been a month with no headphones and me saying sorry to my wife for her headphones. I promised her I'd save up and buy her new ones. I Can't wait to have them again! 100% recommend buying these. You will be Satisfied

You can never go wrong with Bose. Their soung is great and very comfortable. I would buy them again.

These headphones are GREAT. They are very comfortable to wear for many hours. They have 2 listening modes... Noise cancelling and an Aware mode that allows you to hear what's going on around you.

I love these. Had the beats studio pros for the last 4 yrs amd used them on a daily basis while i pound away on the keyboard. I also love that theyre not a part of the apple ecosystem. I cant use my airpods while im working because if somebody grabs my ipad to watch youtube then my apple/beats headphones get hijacked. Sound is incredible and the noise cancellation and transparency modes are truly exceptional.

 The noise cancellation works great especially on planes. Wish they got a little louder, but still love them.
