Came in nicely packaged. One thing I'd say about these is the mic is kind of low at times. This is using Bluetooth with an Android device. Other than that it is comfortable, a beautiful color, and plays music amazing.

Honestly, I never thought I would find them, but these headphones right here, genuinely are the best thing I have purchased from Best Buy. If you are looking for headphones that have outstanding active noise cancellation, these are the ones you need. The touch controls work great too, with Samsung or Apple, so feel free to get these if you think they would be a great fit.

Amazing Noise Cancellation, few drawbacks

The noise cancellation is great, I often have to work next to my roommate while they take conference calls and with the use of noise cancellation and a bit of music I basically can’t hear their call at all. Sound quality is also very good. My one complaint would be, I do sometimes get a bit of crackle and skipping with audio when my headphones are connected to both my laptop and phone and I’m hopping between them back and forth. Overall have been really happy with my purchase.

BOSE STANDS UP EVERY TIME

The person on the other end of the phone will still hear any background noise of course, if you are in a busy area. Battery life is average, same as you would get with any other product in my opinion. I just turn mine off when not using them to reserve power. I choose Bose for my sound system in home as well and have owned other Bose products as well and have always been satisfied. You WILL NOT be sorry!

I finally purchased the bose q45 and it was everything I needed, loud music with good base, super comfortable and the noise canceling is top tiered.

No regrets, Great headphones

I upgraded from my previous wired Bose headphones and this one's noise cancelling is far superior. For example, used them on a flight to Denver, could barely hear the plane's engines while wearing them. On top of that, the sound quality is always good with Bose products. I did use bestbuy certificates to buy it, but I'd definitely buy them again at full price. Only issue i've run into is the headband. After constant use, the cushion tends to be worn out. But luckily i think there are cheap options to fix this issue online.
