Connection problems

The sound cuts in and out. The quality still sounds pretty good once the connection is established. I had tried these on in stores at the demo display and the noise canceling sounded a lot better on those than the pair I purchased. I couldn’t hear anything when I was at the store, but of course, no one is talking around you, so it will obviously sound quieter depending on the environment that you’re in.
