Meh- you get what you pay for

I traded them out for a pair of Ultra Comfort II buds and was much happier. The phone call quality was definitely better on these compared to the buds, however my primary use was working out, watching things on my phone and ANC for sleep. My next cans will be the QC Ultra because I want more features. My partner has the 700's and I think those are way better than these.

While some might not like the buttons on the headset and prefer a tap/touch to controll volume etc... Some things don't need changes. Keep the physical button around and work on other aspects of the device. I've owned every Bose headset and while this is still fairly new and haven't been able to use it as long, still I prefer them. Comfort, look and overall a great and working device. Noise cancellation is on point. To enjoy music and not a loud noise on the ears is always a must. And Bose does just that. Louder isn't better. I just becomes noise.
