Great sound

This made it difficult to switch from Google Meet to Zoom without closing out all of my chrome windows and manually switching the source in the Zoom settings. Even trying to find the solution was difficult, as most people wanted to know how to switch between devices, rather than sources of sound on the same device. I am not particularly tech savvy and it was frustrating for me, I can only imagine that this issue might make people give up and return them.

I returned these & purchased the Eclipse Grey ones & absolutely love them. Great noise canceling at the gym where it can get very load with weigh lifting & machines running. Very soft, comfortable head phones feels like a cloud. Light weight not to heavy. 4 stars only cause of the white color for me stains from my makeup. If you’re a guy & don’t wear makeup, go for these tgey are beautiful. Best Buy made it so easy for me to exchange for the Eclipse grey which suits me better. Great product.

They don't SOUND anything like Bose headphones. In order to make them do that you have to download the app - which has two problems: first, you have to agree to a very long set of legal terms that are completely horrifying. If Bose wants to they can ruin your life and you're just out of luck. Second, it doesn't work. It took me an hour just to get the app to connect to the headphones. Once you do and you tweak the EQ a bit they sound almost as good as the QC35s. I wish I had just bought the QC35s, these are a definite step down.
