Pretty great headphones

They are great I. Every other way. I returned the Sony headphones because they were to difficult to use and operate. The ease of use of the Bose Quiet Comfort is great, I just wish they would dictate my voice to text accurately. The only reason I rated them 4 stars is for the voice dictation.

Use them whenever I fly as well. Shuts out the majority of noise and you also have an "aware" option. Very comfortable and fairly light, easy setup on all my devices

I had problems with the first pair I purchased as the left earpiece failed after a couple of uses. The second pair worked fine however I did not appreciate being charge a $45 restocking fee when I returned the first pair.
