Its very annoying!!. Bose has never let me down until now , would not recommend them !

Any delays or pausing that only happens when the headphones are connected would likely be caused by interference. To stop interference, make sure that the headphones and source device (phone, tablet or computer) are at least 5ft apart. I would also recommend making sure that your router is not too close. If I knew that I might of kept it

Unfortunately I do hear crackling in the headphones when watching a video on YouTube sound staticky and proceeds to mute the incoming audio.
