Sound went out on one side after six months

Eleven months after the initial purchase the volume dropped to half volume on the other audio channel. I forgot to fill out the warranty card so I'm screwed. They were babied not mishandled. They were great for the first several months but not worth the price for the limited use.

I had to chat woth several AI bots, go to a physical store, and call 1-800bestbuy several times trying to reach a human to explain their delivery vendor lost the product nd admitted it was never delivered. I still don’t have a refund! Do Not Shot Here!
