The bass is insane without drowning the mids and highs. Hopefully Bose will send a firmware update to add multipoint and tweak the call quality. Worth every penny for the sound quality alone. Be patient while picking the correct ear tips and wings. You'll know when you got the right ones as the sound quality will blow you away. The correct seal is a must for sound quality and ANC. The ANC is "scary" good. Very comfy too!!

I kept fidgeting with left ear so that it wasnt loose.

Comfort is great. But if you use the headphones for a call, and you are not in a quiet room, the person on the other line won’t be able to hear you well. It picks up a lot of background noise and static. I did all the trouble shooting but they just have to go back. It’s too bad because they had a lot of potential.
