Great but it became suddenly quiet.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones in Triple Black for about a year and a half now. For the majority of that time, they’ve been nothing short of fantastic. The sound quality was excellent, the noise cancelling feature was impressive, and the comfort was top-notch. They truly lived up to the Bose reputation. However, over the past three weeks, I’ve noticed a significant change. The right earbud has become noticeably quieter, and the noise cancelling feature seems to have faded. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering that I’ve been caring for them as usual, with no changes in my handling or usage. I looked up the serial number with the Bose self help from Bose’s online support, only to find out that my warranty period has expired and i would have to purchase a new set. Despite this, I can’t help but feel that this is a product defect. It’s disheartening to see such a drastic change in performance in a relatively short period of time, especially from a brand like Bose, which is known for its quality and durability. Pros: *Amazing Audio Quality: The sound quality of these earbuds is excellent, providing a rich and immersive listening experience. *Comfort: These earbuds are comfortable to wear for extended periods. These reasons alone keep me from picking a pair of airpods but its becoming more tempting. CONS: *Mic Pickup in Busy Environments: The microphone doesn’t pick up voice well in noisy environments, which can be a problem during calls. *Right Earbud Volume and Noise Cancelling Issue: The right earbud has become significantly quieter, and the noise cancelling feature has faded over the past few weeks. *Lack of Charge Indicator for the Case: There’s no clear way to know the charge level of the case. *Long-Term Reliability: The recent issues raise questions about the product’s durability and long-term performance *Pairing and Connectivity Issues: Pairing the earbuds with a device can be very frustrating, and they often need to be repaired In conclusion, while my initial experience with the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II was positive, the recent issues have led me to question their long-term reliability. I hope Bose addresses these concerns in their future products.

Best earbuds ever!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hands down the best earbuds I have ever owned. I had multiple series of the Apple AirPods and they don't compare. These are much more comfortable in the ear, the bass is deeper, sounds more clear and crisp, and the ANC is many times better! Not to mention how long the battery lasts on these things, wow! They are compatible with wireless charging as well!

Very impressive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are a definite update from the original QC earbuds. Better noise canceling and design helps keep focus and the buds really stay in place. Sweat and rain make no difference in the secure feeling in the ear and they are comfortable all day. The charging case has been redesigned with a smaller profile that's convenient to carry. These are a great value and do not disappoint.

Super nice earbud. But,
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super nice earbud. They sound great, havr good bass, and the battery life is exceptional. The only reason I'm giv8ng 4 stars is because you cant wear each bud individually. You can wear the right one alone. But, not the left. The left only conexts to the right ear bud while the right connects to your phone. I bought them for work a d i can only wear one because communication is very important in my job. So once the right ear bud dies im screwed.

Lovin these BOSE Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I first ordered a different brand that was plenty expensive enough and in my opinion should have had much better sound but there wasn’t much Base. I returned them and bumped up to thes Bose and they are wonderful! Very nice base like you would expect from a nice stereo setup. I am very much enjoying them and pleased how long the charge lasts. They are comfortable and do not fall out of your ear, thank goodness.

Almost great but a couple of issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound Quality: Excellent ANC: Wow! Excellent!! Fit: Good but they can fall out from chewing or any vigorous work. Buttons and interaction: Difficult because of small surface area. Connectivity: Only one device at a time and I'm finding it a bit of work to switch from one device to another. Original setup ran into some hiccups also. At first I thought the fit was perfect but after a week I noticed them not staying in at times. I'd be nervous using these for bike riding or anything where falling our means loss or serious damage.

Good sound to these
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Bose earbuds are good but they sometimes fall out of my ears (even after I’ve switched bands and ear cushions) during my workouts and I’ve had the earbuds drop the connection to my phone in the middle of one of my workouts and I couldn’t get them connected again. And one time, when I went to put them in my ears to listen to my music, they stopped being connected to each other. One earbud was on aware and the other was on quiet and wouldn’t play my music, so I had to leave them in my locker and not use them. They fixed themselves when I put them back in the case and used them the next day. The sound is good, I haven’t had to charge them again yet, and I’ve loved using them but they do get kind of “wonky” sometimes for the amount of money that I paid for them.

A Bit Flawed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm just gonna start by saying this; sound and comfort are top-notch here. ANC is also great....with some caveats. Closing a car door will cause a painful popping feeling due to the seal type. High-pitched noises (such as keys jangling) aren't blocked out without music. That awful thudding sensation when you're running. But the ANC is still pretty dang impressive, and I'd say these are great for that alone. Music quality is gorgeous, but a bit bass-heavy; not much to say beyond that. Mic quality.....i've tried over 40 pairs of earbuds, and I've been informed that these are some of the worst I've tried yet. Latest update, right earbud, just not doing it. Touch controls are pretty solid, but Google assistant doesn't work the best (might be mic quality again). Definitely stay in my ears. I'm returning, but you could very well like these :D

Great sound but charging is hit or miss
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Normally full wireless earbuds don't fit me. No matter what they will fall out of one ear. I don't know how they did it but these actually work. They stay in my ears and sound fantastic. Getting them to charge, sometimes, is a bit tricky. For some reason the left one doesn't like to make contact with it's charging surface which has left me with a dead earbud twice. For the money I would expect them to have the charging figured out to where it wasn't hit or miss. If there were someway to check if either of them were charging on the app that would also be helpful, but nothing on that so it's a crap shoot if I have working earbuds. If they get put in there without complete connection they drain. I really do like these but can't give them full marks because of this.

High-quality wireless earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose - QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones are a great new entry into the competitive wireless earbuds market. As with everything from Bose, these new QC Earbuds II are of high quality and so far, I am very impressed. I was a bit overwhelmed initially when opening the box and seeing all of the various pieces, but it didn’t take me long to relax and get things setup just right with the help of the Bose Music app. After installing the app, I was quickly able to connect the earbuds to my phone which then initiated a helpful setup process which walked me through the steps of finding the right fit for both the eartips and stability bands. Switching out these pieces was relatively straightforward and once I found the right combination for me, I really enjoyed the feel of the earbuds in my ears. As for performance, these certainly live up to the Bose name and reputation. The sound is nice and crisp and there are even various customization options via the Bose Music app. One of the things I really like are the touch controls which can be used on either earbud. Swiping up or down on the earbud to control the volume is really handy and I especially like the ability to turn the noise cancelling mode on and off by simply long pressing on either earbud. Overall, the Bose - QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones are great, high-quality earbuds and I highly recommend them!

Awesome minus one thing
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to knock a star off due to no wireless charging case. Really, Bose, earbuds that cost $300, $250 on sale should have wireless charging. That’s my only negative. I don’t agree with the reviews that the sound is the same as the QC 1s. After I got these setup and the EQ in the app set to my liking, I was amazed at the audio quality. I know this is cliche to say, but I heard things in my music that I hadn’t heard before, and the bass is great without drowning out the mids and highs. Although they don’t have multipoint connection, I have mine synced to my phone and TV. Easy and fast to switch between the two. Highly recommend on sale, if your priority is music, which mine is.

Compared to the XM4s, coulda gone either way
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these and the Sony WF-1000-XM4 earbuds to compare. These are have more bass and are slimmer and sleeker in both the buds and the case. They also have better noice cancelling and transparency modes. The Sonys sounded more crisp, had better overall audio quality, and a better EQ, but took at least a month to get used to, they felt like putting cinderblocks in my ears and they were really bulky while the bose were easier to get used to. I ultimately went with the XM4s for audio quality, but I was leaning toward these for a while. it coulda gone either way.. Though these are a new release while the XM4s are 18 months old. Sony also seems like they're dropping the XM5 earbuds this Summer so those might be better.

Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Constantly think about buying a second because I’m constantly using them. In my opinion the first generation had slightly better noise canceling. These are quiet, comfortable, fit well and have a solid battery life. If they could somehow put some sort of locate me feature on the app they’d be close to perfect.

Noise Cacelling in Better Than I Expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a long time, multi product Bose User, from a portable blue tooth, to computer speakers, to wired quiet Comfort Headphones, to Wireless ones, sound bar for Samsung TV, also had the Bose 901's back inmy college days (almost5 40 years ago. The earphones sit well, dont fall out have on device adjustments for sound, pause, frontward and backwords,a great feature for either active or passive noise cancelling. This comes in handy while working in a noisy coffee shop but whn out hiking, Also the charging casekeeps it constantly charged. I have to put the passive mode on because the noise cancelling is so good that I can hear the cars coming and I ended up not hearing the cars because I was walking in the middle of the road

Bose Quietcomfort II earbuds review
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this product for almost a year now and here are my two cents on the same. Sound quality is top notch with enhanced noise cancellation which makes the music experience great. Battery life is also really good. However, the bluetooth connectivity is a huge problem. Many a times you would put the earbuds on and it wont connect and now the left earbud has stopped working altogether. So despite the fantastic sound quality and battery life, I am not able to recommend this earbud to anyone.

Great Sound Quality but a GPS/Tracking Limitation
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II, and I must say, the sound quality is exceptional. These earbuds deliver a truly immersive audio experience that exceeds my expectations. From the crisp highs to the punchy bass, every note is clear and vibrant, making my favorite songs come alive. The design of the QuietComfort® Earbuds II is sleek and modern, providing a comfortable fit that stays in place, even during vigorous activities. The active noise cancellation feature is a game-changer, effectively blocking out unwanted external sounds and allowing me to focus on my music or calls without any distractions. Another impressive aspect of these earbuds is the battery life. With a single charge, I can enjoy hours upon hours of uninterrupted listening pleasure. The charging case is compact and convenient, easily slipping into my pocket for on-the-go use. The quick charging capability is a lifesaver when I'm in a hurry and need a quick boost of power. However, I do have one minor gripe with the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II. Unfortunately, these headphones cannot be tracked using any app or find my devices feature. It would have been helpful to have a way to locate them in case they get misplaced or lost. While this limitation can be inconvenient, I believe the exceptional audio quality and overall performance of these earbuds outweigh this drawback. In conclusion, if you're looking for earbuds that deliver exceptional sound quality and an immersive listening experience, the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II are a top-notch choice. Their sleek design, comfortable fit, and impressive battery life make them an excellent companion for music lovers on the go. Just keep in mind the limitation of not being able to track them using any app or find my devices feature. Despite this minor setback, these earbuds have become an indispensable part of my daily routine.

Much better fit in my ears than Apple Air Pods.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About 1 year ago I traded in my Apple Air pods Pro for Bose QC II ear pods and the Bose are much better in my opinion. I use them every day and have used them on several long-haul flights. I could never get a good fit on the Apple Air Pods. They would constantly fall out of my ears, especially when chewing, and I had a constant fear of losing them in an airplane seat. Not so with the Bose ear pods. They stay in with no problem at all. Plus, I think the Bose noise cancellation and sound quality is better. They connect to all of my Apple devices just fine. The tap controls work great for pausing and volume control and Siri responds to my commands just as well as the Apple pods. The only downside: I find the Bose sometime lose Bluetooth pairing and I have to re-pair them but that’s not a huge deal. All in all I have no plans to go back to Apple air pods any time soon.

Bose vs Galaxy Buds 2 Pro
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These were solidly good earbuds. The connectivity to mybSamsung Galaxy S21 Ultra was adequate but not as seamless as my galaxy buds 2 pro. The sound and ANC were also good. However, i returned these becasue i prefered the connectivity of my galaxy buds. The bose were much more comfortable and if i wore buds a lot, id have to opt for the bose over the galaxy buds 2 pros.
