Great for listening not on calls

I purchased these to cut out the noise to the person on the other end of the line while on calls, but despite trying all settings/ modes, everyone that I tried to speak complained about amplified background noise vs reducing it. I am disappointed and will mostly be returning min.

Also the sound is good. The only issue that i have is that when i am on a phone call at the gym people have difficulty with the background noise.

Different transparency modes fit for your enviroment and uses that you can freely customize. Phone calls get a passing grade as well.
