I would wear them to the gym wear they would loosen up and fall out of my ear, and when you went I push it back in your either shutting the headphones off or shuffling songs.Bottom line is that they just didn’t fit in my ears but if they did I would still have them.

Should you need to adjust the earbuds while wearing them, touch them by the sides, as the touch controls are on the surface where the Bose logo is.

unusable due to constantly falling out of ears

The silicone tips get slippery quickly and they are heavy enough that they fall out constantly. I cannot wear them for very long because they fall out so easily. I've somewhat gotten around this by using foam eartips, but those fall apart quickly and need to be frequently replaced. The buds still fall out with the foam tips, but I can wear them for longer. A lot of money to spend on something I can't use. What I end up using instead are Beats, even though they aren't noise cancelling they have never fallen out because of the earhooks. But the reason I bought these is for the noise cancelling, which Beats don't have. So I'm left without a solution.

Posted .Hi April - if your QuietComfort Earbuds II are falling out of your ears, it would seem that you haven't found the right size of eartip and/or stability band. I recommend experimenting with the provided size combinations, and if that fails, Bose offers extra small and extra large alternate sizes. You're welcome to get in touch with us about those. Simply put they’re garbage. The sounds quality is great and the noise canceling is alright but the connectivity issues are out of this world. Since having these I have had to manufacture reset the earbuds several times and still they continue to have issues. I thought this was just my experience but if you look them up this is a known issue. Save your money don’t buy this trash

I can’t tell you the amount of times these disconnect from my device. I have to reconnect them almost every single week at least once because they do not connect with my phone. I used to be okay with this but its become a constant issue that occurs way too much for the price you pay for these stupid things. It should be addressed before they are even released. Really not happy with these.
