I have gone into the bose app to change the setting but it has not helped much. The bluetooth connection is very poor and frequently loses connection to my phone. I have tried repairing several times but it did not solve the problem. I had them for less than two months, they worked well the first month and then started to have issues it is outside of best buy's return policy so I can not exchange them or return them.

Notice i said "when" they disconnect constantly and you have to use boses app to connect them so if you dont have internet and they wont connect your SOL. Bose will have you troubleshoot over and over ive yet to find a solution to get them to connect continuously. for reference i have a s23 ultra. when they work sound amazing stay in my ears pretty good sound quality is great, but if you dont have the patiences of a Buddhist steer clear once every few days it takes 20+ mins to just get them to simply connect. highly regret this purchase. Whats the point of great sounding ear buds when they dont connect!

Connectivity Issues…. After online help

I constantly have issues with the connection cutting out (yes, I’ve tried all the help options line and reset the headphones). I’ll also go to workout after charging them overnight, and one headphone will be dead (this has happened twice in the last month). They’re great when they work…. But that’s the problem they only work half the time. And for $300+ price tag that shouldn’t be an issue. I would not recommend getting these, the connectivity issues are not worth the price tag.
