The audio format during a call will not be "A2DP" (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), instead it will be HFP/HSP (Hands-Free Profile/Headset Profile). Left ear bud stopped working

Im sure it was a fluke but i can only review my experience with them. Best buy offered to exchange or get store credit. I opted for store credit cuz honestly I didn’t think it was worth the price from the moment i used them. Don’t get me wrong they were good bit for my use the price tag wasn’t woth it
