The product does not feature any physical buttons so the touch controls are imperative to be able to communicate with the source device. If you're finding the controls intrusive, why is that? He walked me through my different choices and prices? Answered my questions and wow I no I got exactly the product I was shopping for. Posted .I'm glad you're enjoying the Bose sound! The audio format during a call will not be "A2DP" (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), instead it will be HFP/HSP (Hands-Free Profile/Headset Profile).
