    great product noise cancellation is top notch actually sounds like I am wearing my over the ear headphones when I have these on. only issue is you can't use the left bud without having the right one in which I like to do to extend battery life. Hoping Bose comes out with some type of update which will allow this, and I will add the 5th star.

      Single earbud usage is now available in our latest firmware update. Connect the earbuds to the Bose Music app to get firmware 1.3.26 to use either earbud for music and phone calls.

    Great noise canceling and sound. I rank these so low because every time I go to use them when I ride my bike, they lose connection to my iPhone. I’ve updated all software, reset the earbuds, and completely reinstalled these to my phone three times. I can not count on these buds to work when I need them to.

    Bought this for my ver.y active son, he absolutely loves them and when he wears them they certainly do cancel out the noise, he does not hear a thing

    I bough these earphones based on the prestigious name of the brand and my personal needs. I wanted to use this item mainly for sporty events such as gym, bicycle rides, ocasional jogging and so. I have tried to adjust them using the ear aids it comes with. But the one the right ear it’s always falling down no matter how well I adjust it. Changed rubber rings but same result. Planning to return it.

    These replaced the prior Bose QC earbuds that I had for a few years and loved them. I really like these mostly for the smaller size and it seems thatvthe noise reduction is better. Overall I'm pretty happy with them. I don't like the holder though, mostly because t it doesn't have an indicator of how much battery is left like the earlier one did. Also, and maybe it's me, but it seems harder to put in the buds. But I do like that it's smaller, so I guess that's the trade off. I'll always be loyal to Bose and these haven't changed that at all.

    The sound is great. They fail to connect to the iPhone more than 50% of the time. I have dropped many calls while using them. I will be returning these for sure and will go back to Beats.

    PURCHASED LAST YEAR FOR MY HUSBAND AND HE LOVED THEM. SOME REASON THE CASE STOPPED CHARGING SO INSTEAD OF PAYING $100 FOR NEW CASE I JUST PURCHASED THE COMPLETE SET.

    Let's crank up the frustration to make your dissatisfaction crystal clear: 1. It's downright infuriating when these supposed 'high-tech' earbuds refuse to connect the moment they're plucked from their case and nestled in my ears. Utter failure! 2. Then there's the mobile app, a complete disaster, which can't seem to find the earbuds that are literally inches away. 3. Don't get me started on attempting to re-pair them. The mobile app's re-pairing is a joke, utterly useless in remedying the connection debacle. 4. And the sound quality? Pathetic! Being shackled to only AAC codec is like listening through a tin can. It's moments like these when tossing them in the trash feels like the only satisfying solution.

    Wow, so impressed by these earbuds! The sound quality, noise cancellation, and the features they offer is superb! They completely put my Galaxy Buds Pro to shame. Not only for sound quality, but when I have ANC turned on the Bose buds, I can't hear anything but my music. This is exactly what I've been looking for and what the Galaxy buds ANC lacks, even with Comply foam tips installed. I haven't tried wearing them in the wind, but I'm sure they'll be much better than the Galaxy buds, which allow alot of wind noise interference.

    Nicely quiet with excellent sound. Better than the Apple Air Pods Pro 2. Much more comfortable for me than the AirPods Pro 1 and 2 also.
