If you're finding them too heavy to wear, make sure you're using an eartip and stability band combination that fits your ears well, as this is crucial for a secure, yet comfortable fit. If you're disappointed by the sound you're getting, don't forget the Equalizer in the Bose app can be used to adjust the basses, mids and trebles to your liking, so do give that a go. Which becomes annoying especially while traveling. Also the connectivity with your phone is not as seamless as AirPods.

You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched (such as using a size small eartip with a #3 stability band). The sound was amazing. However, once you had to make a call and speak to someone you, it was horrible.

The buds come with a variety of different sized tips and stability bands to ensure you get the absolute best fit. Remember, fit is important to keeping them in your ears, but also have a major effect on the sound quality. Be sure to check the "Fit Check" section of the Bose Music application to ensure you have the best possible fit.
With calls, please make sure that your buds are inserted into the ear correctly so that the microphones on the buds are directly pointing towards your mouth. The mics target your mouth so if they're not in the ear at the correct angle this could affect call quality.

With the medium ear buds the quiet mode works fairly well. With the small ear pieces it doesnt work as well. I expected more from Bose. The sound quality falls very short of my expectations as well. Should of went with the Bose 700's.

Worst BlueTooth connection. No Auto pairing.

Each time I want to listen I have to go through the pairing process which would fail 90% of the time. I then have to reset the earbuds by put in back to the case and click hold the pairing button for 40 seconds and repeat. This happens when the earbuds are 100% charged. I bought this for traveling and I don't see myself sitting in public (airport,...) to go through this pairing each time I want to listen to something. My much cheaper headphone is much faster in connect.
