    I had connection issues.. I am also not sure about how well they fit.. I am going to purchase them again during the Black Friday sale so that I have more time with them because of their longer return policy..

    kinda skeptical on buying this one, but took advantage of it. i like the " aware " mode better than the airpods pro. satisfied with my purchase.

    These headphones are really good but the noise cancellation portion could be a lot better. And the instructions could be more detailed. Bose is really proud of these for the price just feel like their older models worked better but they are no longer available

      It's great to hear you like the earbuds. With regard to noise cancelling, these have some of the most refined Active Noise Cancelling technology yet, so if you're not having a good experience it could be related to poor fit. I recommend trying the other tips and using our 'fit test' on the Bose Music app. With regard to instructions, the product support site offers loads of helpful tips and tricks for use - and PDF user manuals can also be downloaded.     These started acting weird, not wanting to connect to ny phone, disconnecting randomly and the sound quality started being horrible and crackly. I don't even have a year with them, 6 months in and they started acting up.

    good earbuds, the big issue with me is it hard for people to hear me when i take a call, i usually have to turn off the Bluetooth and continue the conversation.

The buds are updated via the Bose app, while the charging case is updated via the Bose updater at https://btu.bose.com/. If that doesn't help, make sure the mic holes on the edge of the earbuds aren't blocked.
