    Bose products are absolutely amazing!!! Earphones were definitely helpful to concentrate when construction site was next door.

    I did really like the head phone. Only problem is once in a while would fall out. So i didn't feel comfortable in keeping them .

    Love Bose overall. However this product was ok but i would suggest the newer generation of the Bose earbuds. These had some inconsistencies, from randomly disconnecting at moments to shorting out to static noise.

    good earbuds, the big issue with me is it hard for people to hear me when i take a call, i usually have to turn off the Bluetooth and continue the conversation.

      Thanks for your review, Chad! If people can't hear you when you use your QuietComfort Earbuds II to make/take calls, first try updating your earbuds. The buds are updated via the Bose app, while the charging case is updated via the Bose updater at https://btu.bose.com/. If that doesn't help, make sure the mic holes on the edge of the earbuds aren't blocked.     Bose is an outstanding product and the earbuds with noise cancelling are spot on. They cancel noise in restaurants for one. The latest innovation is the aware mode. When you want to speak to people at your table you can go to this mode and you hear them clearly. No need to remove the buds. It is the closest product to total silence that you can get for the money. My husband loves them.

    What a load of crap! I read the supposed "Pro" reviews of these and thought well they should know, and purchased them but had to send them back because of the high pitch sound and then thought well that was a one off so I got another pair and the same thing happened, sent those back and being a complete glutton for punishment apparently because I tried it a 3rd and final time and the same darn thing happened the high pitch ear killing so uncomfortable earbuds on the planet did it again proved that Bose is now in my opinion the absolute worst earbud maker. I'm sure you're asking why oh why did you try it the 3rd time? Well because back early 2000's I purchased a pair of Bose that were the cable kind and loved loved loved them and wore them like all the time, the sound was unreal but then they stopped working after 10 yrs so that was what I was looking for that incredible sound I had back then, But it's a no go so I will have to go back to my old stand by's the Galaxy earbuds. Bummer because when I make calls the caller can hear everything going on around me.

    Superior to Beats

    Pricy, but excellent sound quality. I really didn't want to spend almost 300 for earbuds, but I have tried everything else, and these are the best. My only minor complaint, is the secondary ear piece, does not fit perfectly in my ear

      Hello, it's great to hear you feel the sound quality is excellent on these and that you feel these are the best. The earbuds come with soft eartips and stability bands that come in three sizes. You can also take the Fit Test in the Bose Music app to make sure it’s just right.

    these are ok, the anc is not as great as beats or even sony. The passive sound is good. But i could not get these to fit snug in my ear. i tried all the different tip sizes and they would still fall out. I will stick with beats fit pro's

    First, the fit is far superior to the original, but the battery life is nowhere near that of the original. also sometimes the volume works, and sometimes the noise canceling works. Very disappointing Bose.
