Exchanged at the purchase store and received a second pair.. They are great. The Noice Cancellation is awesome. Not as good as the Bose 35s but still good enough to work on my tractor without hearing the diesel while working.

The QC Earbuds II operate via Bluetooth. You need to stay within 33ft or 10m of the paired device to maintain a secure connection. Please bear in mind that if there are any objects inbetween your buds and the source device, this may cause interference limiting the range. this could include electrical objects, but also solid materials like walls and doors.

Doesn't work well with Discord on Android

The only fix that worked once was to restart my phone which takes a couple minutes and that doesn't even work all the time. My $29.99 off brand earbuds work with no issue ever with Discord on Android..
