Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for what I paid I feel they have gone down in quality, my last pair kept noise out and these don't, nor do they work well on the left side only. The right side works perfectly but if you try that with the left side you have to manually switch the blue tooth on and it shuts off and you have do the same thing, for almost $400 I kind of expect for it to work.

I have had multiple issues just trying to get both of them to connect at the same tine. They are already staticy and the sound has diminished. Seemed like a downgrade, maybe the 2 refers to a cheaper design that is easier to make and profit off of and not an upgrade in the quality of the product itself. Glad I got the insurance. Going to return them and get a different brand from Bose altogether.

Broken Headphones

This happened to the first pair I bought and I had to return them for a new set. They have huge connectivity issues. I had a pair of the original Bose Sports and they lasted me years but these new ones are not up to the Bose standard I’m use to.
