    I have only had these for a year and one of them is blown out. This happened to the first pair I bought and I had to return them for a new set. They have huge connectivity issues. I had a pair of the original Bose Sports and they lasted me years but these new ones are not up to the Bose standard I’m use to.

    Won't connect or stay connected when you finally get them to connect. Researched it online...wish I'd done that before I purchased these...but it is a common complaint about these earbuds. Expected better from BOSE, and the return period has ended so I'm just screwed. Make a better choice than I did.

    Horrible upgrade. The previous ones were 1000% better. They die super fast because they never go to sleep while you’re wearing them and on calls they receive horrible feedback and static. They also feel cheap and flimsy. The case only charges with the cable and you can tell they cheaped out on pretty much every part. Even the ear pieces are thus thin little rubber pieces that again, are extremely cheap feeling. The previous model was much more sturdy and the case stayed shut. This case opens very easily and the ear phones are not secured well. I regret getting these. The previous model was much better in every way. For the amount they charge, you’d think you are getting a solid product but nope.

    I bought them for my wife and she is very picky about earbuds. She has fallen in love with them and says they have the best sound of anything she has tried. She even watched a movie on her phone with them and was blown away by the sound!

    So bad, they are just infuriating, works, then stops working, then works again, then not. It's really too bad because their noise cancelling is the best (when it decides to work) but the constant connect and disconnect from Bluetooth is maddening. Just get the Airpods if you want something that actually works.
