Best Wireless Earbuds I’ve Owned…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned by AirPod Pro Gen2 earbuds due to battery-drain issues in one earbud, and purchased the Bose QC II earbuds as a replacement. The active noise cancellation is the best I’ve experienced (compared to AirPod Pro Gen2 and Sony WF-1000MX), and having the custom-fit options are just icing on the cake. Battery life is very good, as well. The only minor downside is an issue with the downloadable app. I struggled with occasional audio dropouts while listening to music via my iPhone, iPad, Garmin watch, etc. until I came across someone’s post suggesting that users keep the app from having access to bluetooth while not using the app. I disabled bluetooth on all my devices that have the app installed, and the audio dropouts went away. My guess is the app is trying to occasionally ping the earbuds in a way that’s somewhat disruptive. Hopefully, Bose will address this issue at some point.

Bose puts apple on notice with these QC2 earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a self prescribed tech lover and owner of multiple sets of headphones and earbuds, as well as being a loyal and devoted Apple fan, I must say, that these are hands down the best earbuds ever. The fit, feel, comfort, and noise, cancellation, are unrivaled. I love my AirPods Pro 2, but they pale in comparison to these Bose QC 2. The only reason I looked for these is because I started flying again recently and my AirPods Pro 2 and my beats fit pro just did a horrible job of noise cancellation on the airplane. After doing research, I decided to get these. In the three flights I have taken in the last two weeks, the noise cancellation rivals my AirPods Max over ear headphones. I can wear them comfortably for hours and the battery life does not seem to be a problem, they are great for phone calls, as well as movies and music. I have also conducted several vigorous workouts since I’ve had these and I must say they don’t jiggle, feel like they’re going to fall out or get uncomfortable. They feel secure during the entire work out, which I cannot say for any other headphones I’ve tried. The sound is incredible with deeper base & clear highs. Just an overall amazing experience and well worth the investment.

Fantastic Earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds have been fantastic. These are the only buds that I have found to fit into my ear and stay there. To add to that, they found great and the noise cancelling is superb.

Great ANC
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great earbuds. I've had a number of non-apple earplugs and these are the best and what I use mostly. I have other buds I use for outdoor use like my bike rides and yard work. Mainly because I don't want these to be in the direct sun when it's hot out and want them to last a long time. I really like my Galaxy buds live for the outdoor activities. However when it comes to being on a plane, using the vacuum or just general listening, these are extremely comfortable where I can use them all day long. Especially like these in a coffee shop or any other loud place as I can turn on the ANC and not have to listen to annoying people around me. There's also a lot of modes you can program and one of the ones I use is commute. Although I don't go on trains it has enough ANC reduction without totally feeling isolated. It lets in a little bit of noise which I kind of like at certain times. Again, the ANC is amazing. Best I've had in an earbud.

It's a vibe
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Name alone is going to tell you that you have a solid product. The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are quite simply remarkable. My first tip is going to be using the custom ring and ear cushions. Try one or two varied sizes out because the fit is where these make a living. Once you have the right fit and the unit is properly inserted into your ear the fun begins. The earbud each chime, I did not know what this was about. I recently learned that the devices are actually mapping your inner canal to provide optimal clarity, their ability to provide maximum noise cancellation, and perfectly beautiful sound. To me, that is just insane, and blows my mind that they are that intuitive. The case and buds are again very well "Bose" crafted. This is my third Bose product to own. Each has a luxuriously superior look and feel. These are no different from the others. The case is a matte black and the earbuds a gloss black. I unfortunately (on purpose) dropped the case with the earbuds in it twice. I dropped them both times from a distance of six feet. I do not recommend doing this in any way shape or form, but the case and earbuds took the fall without any noticeable damage. The units boast a 6 hour life span on a single battery life charge. My results have been vastly better. I have charged them once and used them almost every day since. The case claims to hold 3 charges but I am sure I surpassed twenty-four hours of use a couple of days ago. Upon opening, I downloaded the Bose Music app and installed a firmware update. The app allows you to customize your earbuds name "Midnight Magic" here. The noise cancelation feature is eerie. I would equate it to being in a sensory deprivation room at times. While using the app you can create Modes, that allow you to experience the noise cancelation features. It provides an opportunity for the user to choose however they want to feel it. It is a truly immersive vibe! Just from the IOS pulldown screen you can tap on the ear icon and change the ambient noise so you can drown out the quiet. The earbuds have four built-in touch features. The first is a single touch for play/ pause, the second is a double touch for skipping, the third is a long touch for shortcut features, and the fourth and sleekest is the volume slide up/ down touch. You can also edit your built-in long touch shortcut on either ear. But the coolest and definitely the differentiator is the ability to tweak your earbuds Equalizer. I am a personal fan of this app feature and this is so important to me. Because I have listened to loud music and played video games with a headset on all my life. My hearing is not the best and this allows me to find my vibe. Just to note it, the phone quality and microphone quality are impeccable as well. Bose is the pinnacle in sound and the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are the apex of earbuds.

Excellent noise canceling
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are really good wireless headphones. They block out noise really well, so you can enjoy your music without hearing background sounds. They fit comfortable and have great sound quality. The battery lasts a long time too. These earbuds are a bit expensive, but they're worth it for the excellent sound and noise cancelling they offer.

Excellent ANC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are the best-sounding headphones combined with best-in-class ANC. The only downside is no wireless charging on the case. Also, the earbuds sit awkwardly in the case which makes taking them out more difficult than it should be. If you care about ANC. These are the headphones for you.

Best noise cancelling
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best noise cancelling earbuds, I have owned Jabra, Samsung, and Sony earbuds also. These have such good noise cancelling that my wife came behind me while I was doing dishes talking to my and said I could hear her and was just pretending I couldn't hear her, but I really couldn't hear her..... Now for the negative, my wife owns a dog training business and there are a lot of dogs that bark, it does a good job blocking out the barking except the very high pitches which you hear a popping sound, which I heard from interference with certain manufacturer machines that have a high pitch sound also. I do dislike how the left earbud is slave to the right earbud, which means you can't use the earbuds independently, with the right earbud being the master bud. But hopefully they will fix this with a futures update. But what I do LOVE and these earbuds is that I can pause, play, volume up/down, move track forward/backwards, and move between the different ANC seeing simultaneously with the right earbud. This is a phenomenal feature that I believe these are the only earbuds that have. They have definitely improved the Bass in this version and have superior sounds (Sony XM4's still have the best drivers but not much of a difference between these and Don't). Case size is normal for this price range, the obly 2 downsizes is no wireless charging (which I normally never use) and that the earbuds are not magnetic, sometimes they don't get a good connection to charge, but doesn't happen too often). People do complain about the eartip design, which does take a little to get use to, but after having it for a couple weeks, it does help with the ANC. As far as it's shape, I LOVE it. The XM4's, Samsung, and Jabras I would accidently be pressing the buttons taking the earbuds in and out, with these I can mess with them without worrying, which is a stress relieve. Battery life, they are not as good as Jabras, which have the best battery life I have tried yet, but after Jabra, they are are average for the price range. They ANC does drain the battery but as much as other brands, but worth it for how good the ANC is. Price range, the price is about right for what you are getting. Final words, they are the best wireless earbuds I have owned out of multiple brands for what I need. If you want best sound quality, go with the Sony XM4'S the 2022 version, not the /B version (which is having battery drain issues right now due to firmware update). If you want top of the line earbuds in budget I would go with either Jabra or Samsung, which both are GREAT earbuds. But the BOSE have THE BEST ANC, have all controls on the right earbud, great sound quality, and come from a good company. Do they have everything I want? NO, but I won't find an earbud that does. Do I sometimes question these earbuds, yes. Would I buy these again, in a heartbeat. So if you want an overall top of the line for earbuds, these are great! The only reason that I don't give them 5 stars is due to the periodically popping sound, which other earbuds have also (Sony, Dr. Dre) but should be able to be fixed in a software update, which when that happens I will give 5 stars and I am a rough at rating, my wife can tell you that.

Sound great and fit my ears!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been searching for good quality sounding earbuds with active noise cancelling and good battery life for years, but most won't stay in my dumb ears. These don't fall out! The multiple sizes of fins were easy to swap too. And of course they sound incredible. And they last surprisingly long on one charge (~5-6 hours)! I'm so happy I tried these out.

Overall good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable, great sound and noise cancelling. Connects to computer fine, but doesn't like to stay connected to my Android phone. Hoping for a software update, would also like the left ear bud to work while leaving the left in the case.

Earbuds II Comparison to Originals
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My original Quiet Comfort Earbuds were excellent, but lost them somewhere. so, ordered replacements in midnight blue. Overall, an excellent product, but version II has a few changes. Smaller in your ear and the case is too, which is nice when traveling. I like the two piece adjusters and need to mess with that some more. Dislikes include no longer having a case that recharges wirelessly; hard to get the earbuds out of the case too; and still can only sync to one device. I had a lot of wind noise, which I've seen in other reviews. Also, lost connection to my phone when walking and could not reconnect without the case, which was back in the hotel... I did use these on a recent short flight instead of my larger over the ear headphones and the earbuds performed very well in comparison. I am a fan of the Bose headphone products, so a little biased.

These should be priced at $200 not $300
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In term of comfort, you can where them for an hour or two before ear fatigue kicks in. It takes some time for the ear buds to figure out the best sound quality for your ears which you can also tweak in the app. Once the software figures things out, the sound quality is good but they could be louder. The ANC is slightly better than the AirPods Pro Second Generation but not by much. I have an iPhone and there were some connection issues in the beginning but they eventually worked well with my phone. They can be a little awkward to take out of the case. The price is a bit high at $300 when you can get the AirPods Pro Second Generation for $50 less and they are on sale a few times a year or more for $199.

Best Sound and Performance
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose knocked it out of the park with these Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds. The comfort, noise cancelling and incredible sound that these have are an experience unlike anything that I've had before. Set up was easy. I already had the Bose Music app from previous headphones. I clicked the "+" to add them, it found them and connected them. You can choose your own name for them if you'd like during the setup. They're called quiet comfort and they are definitely both quiet and comfortable. I was immediately surprised by how effective the noise cancelling was. I thought that the other noise cancelling earbuds that I've had do great. Not anymore. I work in cubicle a very loud part of our building, which is also next to a loud and busy hallway. I popped these in the first time and couldn't believe how quiet it was. I had to listen closely to hear two people talking and laughing very loudly about 10 feet from me. I then start the music. The sound with no adjustments was impressive. I thought out of the box that they sound better than any other earbuds that I had. I did some slight adjusting on the equalizer to my liking, and these are now my go to set. They just sound better and really make listening to music enjoyable. They come with 3 different sizes for the tips and the ring that runs around them to hold them in your ear. I switched mine to the large tips and ran the "Eartip fit test" in the app and it detected a good seal. When I wear them I forgot that I even have them on. That're that comfortable. I've only taken one call using them, but it sounded great. Another thing that I had been experiencing with the last buds was a slight lag on video. Say I'm watching a YouTube or TikTok, the voice would be behind the video enough to notice. And once seen it cannot be unseen. I would highly recommend the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds to anyone.

Great ANC and sound quality, terribly buggy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are a buggy mess. This is my 3rd pair of QC Earbuds II and they've all experienced the same bugs. Those have ranged from randomly disconnecting to source audio devices, having sound imbalance where one side plays louder than the other, ANC imbalance where one side lets in more noise than the other, only one earbud connecting to a source audio device when taken out of the case (requiring a factory reset to fully reconnect), and the ANC taking way too long to adapt to the environment. I like the Midnight Blue colorway, but it's not enough to keep using these buggy earbuds. There have been times when I needed to factory reset these while on vacation. In order to do that, you need to plug the case into a power supply. Yeah, I'm sorry I didn't bring a power bank to the beach to reset my buggy earbuds. It's a shame because these have stellar ANC, good sound quality, and are comfortable. But Bose either doesn't know how to program firmware to properly use Bluetooth or they use cheap Bluetooth hardware. I've had better luck with the QC Ultra earbuds. They haven't needed factory resetting since my purchase, something every pair of QC Earbuds II required the first week of ownership. I suggest saving up for the Ultra earbuds or waiting for them to hit a sale. Immersive audio isn't worth it, but the better Bluetooth experience is.

Good product just not for me.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to point out that issue I had with the product was not one that everyone will have. So I work in a warehouse job and got these headphones specifically for the noise cancellation. First being that I bought them in August of last year they did last longer than my air pods. That’s a plus. Now onto the negatives. I wish that companies would make more size options available for the little plastic bits that actually got in the ear. Even on the smallest size they kept falling out because they were too big. Second and this is after talking to costumer support i was told that the issue I was having was caused by a combination of the extreme loud noise and the heat that distorted the speaker in the bud. Essentially my work environment fried the ear bud. The actual “symptoms” cause I don’t have a better word for it. Last Friday I was listening to my music no problem when suddenly I start hearing this staticy interference sound almost like if a walkie talkie picks up a random radio signal. Then it quit I thought nothing of it. About five minutes later and a low hum starts it gradually built into this shrill squeal shriek thing. I had to actually yank it out of my ear. This lasted probably two minutes. Then I tried my usual troubleshooting tricks unpairing and repairing nothing worked. However the shrill sound stopped but all of my audio is distorted now and sounds like I am trapped in a wind tunnel.

Posted .Thanks for your review of the QuietComfort Earbuds II, Jordan! I'm very sorry to hear that you weren't able to find a comfortable fit for your ear; Bose does sell alternate sizes of eartip and stability band (e.g. in XS), so maybe this will work for you. It is true that the earbuds are not specifically recommended for work environments entailing extreme heat or volume, as this could affect the earbuds themselves and the in-built mics. Having said this, please contact our support team, so we can document your case and find a resolution for you: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Bose are incredible sound, could be more comfy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The noise cancellation is superior to the Samsung buds pro2. The battery life is great. Overall sound quality is incredible. Using these at the loud gym with cancellation on, is a wonderful experience. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is bc they are not the most comfortable earbuds. But I have small ears and most ear buds feel awkward to me. The Samsung buds pro2 are more comfortable but ever since the last update the noise cancellation is terrible. The samsung ones also irritate my skin for some reason. If you want quality sound and noise cancellation that is so good you can't hear anything else at all..get the Bose. You can adjust the noise cancellation to suit you and set 4 modes. I use "alert" when taking a walk bc otherwise I would not even hear a car behind me.
