    Buds are awsome but the app is buggy, kept freezing and didnt want to connect even after updates. Ended up returning them

    These had wonderful noise canceling, but they do not seat well in the charger.

      Hello,

      It's great to hear you were impressed by the noise cancelling. With the buds not seating well in the charger this could be related to the stabilizer bands being slightly incorrectly installed. I recommend uninstalling the bands, reattach them and then try again. You'll see a dot on the bud/band to help with alignment. When installed correctly you'll have no issues storing the buds in the case.

    Wonderful sound and top-notch noise canceling technology. The fit is good, yet I still have to reseat them while working out at the gym. This is a minor inconvenience though. I would highly recommend this product.

    For the price point, this is an absolute scam. Countless times has the software been unreliable on these headphones. Walking down the sidewalk, all of a sudden, my headphones power cycle out of the blue. reconnect to my phone just to hear no sound output. have to forget them from my phone's bluetooth settings, put them in the case. hold the button 20 seconds. re connect via bluetooth, and then i get to listen to the sound for about 10 more seconds until the left earphone goes silenter than the right. Then not to mention the absolutely ANNOYING voice saying "battery low" every time i blink after its down to 20%. HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME, WOULD BE CHARGING THEM RIGHT NOW IF I WAS GONNA DO THAT. STOP INTERRUPTING MY MUSIC TO TELL ME THE BATTERY IS LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I feel scammed and will not be buying anything with "Bose" written on it again.

    I though maybe i got a bad defective set of pods, but it seems alot of people on the reviews here and other shopping platforms have issues with these buds. First connections issues, they either disconnect on their owm or wont connect until you rest both your phone andbuds. Second, echo and not matching the left to right stereo sound. Poor quality. Too many bugs

    As a Bose fan, having done a lot of research I made the mistake of buying these in part of an upcoming trip to Europe. They do not work as they cut in and in out frequently and the right earpiece sometimes doesn’t work at all. It does this with both my iPad and iPhone 12. Will be returning and going with the Apple pro product.

    Great audio as you can expect from Bose. These replaced my AirPods Pro because the audio quality from these are just way better than any Apple products, but I tired using them for work and if you are using them to make calls all day there is a horrible hum when not on a call or listening to music. If you want them mainly for music, this is the way to go!

    I think the qc1 had better battery life, sounded better and was mor reliable. The qc2 was like buying the down graded version.

    You get what you pay for!! Sound great and the Bose canceling is incredible. Wish there was more in ear functionality like the Sony option but the sound, quality, and comfort far outweigh any shortcomings

    I'm on my second pair. With the first pair, the left ear bug was dead on arrival. It would not charge. It made contact and the light turned orange/yellow, but even after 20 hours wouldn't turn on. Pair two, the left is just constant static. I thought i was buying a premium product. Two sets DOA is very surprising.

    Sound quality is good but pointless when put together with their hardware the rubber piece on this earbuds is a joke keeps falling off and moving from place i had 2 different pair same issue ended up trading in for cheaper but sturdier earbuds , waste of money
