      Hello, the QuietComfort Earbuds II use Bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of up to 30 feet (9 metres) so this is unusual to hear. You can find guidance here

    Good headphones, the anc is ok, the audio cuts in and out sometimes related to the anc or eq settings I think

    I had great hopes for these earbuds because Bose is a good brand that I have often purchased. However, one month after I purchased these QuietComfort earbuds, the right one stopped working. I have gone over all the solutions in the manual online but with no success. I'm disapointed. These are going back.

    I love these things. Absolutely amazing ear buds. I had AirPods before but these Bose are a lot better. Definitely would recommend these.

    Didn’t love these. There was an audible noise produced from the noise canceling feature. Did a search online to see if there was a fix, and I saw others mentioning the same thing. Sounds like it is an issue for certain ears. I’ve had multiple active noise canceling headphones, and this is the first time that I’ve had that issue. Promptly returned them.

    These are absolutely garbage. Just over a year of owning them and neither microphone works. Rediculous for the price I paid. Also, it is always a fight to get them to connect to my iPhone.

    The new Bose earbuds are just simply amazing. The ANC has 4 settings and its awesome. The sound settings are really easy to use and the sound that it provides is really really amazing.

It’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched . If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.
