Didn't work, got replacement that also didn't work

Got a replacement in store which also did not work. Geek squad attempted to troubleshoot, no luck. Great return policy though, I got a full refund.

Great Earbuds

I was hesitant at first, but glad I went with these. I travel a lot and I really like the fact they are noise canceling and have good sound.

Bass and sound quality is so much better compared to airpods pro. Microphone quality is also on par with the airpods pro or a tad bit better. Spatial audio is a miss on this but the sound quality and the bass compensates hence making this a really awesome buy. Not worth 300$ MSRP. If you get it under $200, it is worth it.

I never thought total in ear buds were a never thing happening. Boy, did these change my mind. A DEFINITE MUST HAVE!

Thanks for your feedback! When you say they're echoing, do you mean there's a delay between each bud? That shouldn't happen but if you do experience a problem like that, I'd encourage you to unpair the buds then establish a new connection. Sorry you're having some issues with the fit, you should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable, stable experience. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support, finding the right fit should also help you with this static you're experiencing. Amazing sound but a few quirks

However, the connectivity is atrocious. I bought this to replace my Sony XM4's and these you have to keep connecting and reconnecting its so frustrating.

Sometimes nearby interference can lead to intermittent connectivity which can be caused when being too near a router or other wireless devices. I have great news for you! We listened and made using the left earbud for music and phone calls possible in our newest firmware update. Make sure you connect the earbuds to the Bose Music app to get the latest firmware version 1.3.26 and enjoy fully independent earbud usage.

Finally found the right earbuds that dont hurt....

Regret buying, expected the best but got the worst

Battery life is okay, not great. The earbuds only like both ear pieces out or just the right one, if I try the left my phone can't connect to the device anymore, immensely frustrating. Not very comfortable for the ears either I'm sure there's better designs out but these are more uncomfortable than apples. Case is just bulky enough in your pocket that you have to spend a minute fighting to get your keys or whichever else you need. All in all I hate these but I'm already past my time to return but if your browsing for the best earbuds, Bose was only a good option for soundproof. You can't hear anything else with these earbuds in but that's about all I find good about them. Good luck!
