    Left earbud turns off by itself when walking or running for longer than 10min. Can’t turn back on without the case. After 1 week earbuds will not connect to mobile device. When connected still does not play music. Returned product immediately, 0 stars.

    Lasted a year and a half and now they don’t work the charging case won’t charge my left bud anlso won’t connect to any Bluetooth they are just made super cheap.

    I upgraded from the original QC Earbuds and I'm quite happy I did. I am completely satisfied with the QC Earbuds II and will be sticking with them for the long term.

    Doesn’t hold a charge long. Air plugs falls out ear often no matter what size air plug you put in!

    Huge upgrade from the previous generation. Love the smaller form factor, the sound quality is was also upgraded. If want great noise cancellation get these headphones.

    Had horrible time staying connected to my iPhone. Had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Bose needs to improve their technology with connections. This was the third pair I have owned and all had similar issues.

    Earbuds worked great until exactly 6 months after purchase. Didnt work beyond manufactures warrenty. Complete garbage for $300 earbuds. Do not recommend.

    I absolutely love the sound quality, how they fit AND STAY in my ears and how light they are. The only downside ive found so far is when i am on a phone call, the person i am talking to can every single little background noise and it seems to be magnified for them. My AirPods 2nd gen do a better job at the phone calls and eliminating that background noise.

    Trash overpriced junk. A week after the return period is over the right ear starts randomly crackling in my ear making loud noises useless.i now have to pay for a crap 70 policy to return them and get the same.junk as replacement.bso save your money don't buy they don't last

    Absolute Trash. Won’t connect sometimes, for some reason the right earbud doesn’t work and it has been only 10 days since I started using them. I wasted my money on these, just making sure no one else does.

    Gave these to my son and they kept dropping connection. He had to send them to Bose and waited 2weeks for an upgrade?

    There are many issues with these that I thought Bose should have learned already from the first generation and every other headphone brand as well 1st you must have both earbuds out of the case to use can’t charge one at a time I keep one in my ear and one in my pocket when I drive or go somewhere where I need to pay attention 2nd the microphone to answer calls is only in the right ear bud if you need to answer a phone call you must have the right one unlike most headsets you can have either one The earbuds are constantly disconnecting and have to manually reconnect to Bluetooth, the NC works great when it works all in all I’m not impressed with $250

    The sounds quality is great I especially when wearing both ear buds. BUT they have two fatal flaws. One if you want to wear only one ear bud it's only the right due to it having the Bluetooth antenna built in the left does not. It works for about 45 secs then freaks out. Two the noise cancelling needs work. I could hardly walk around my office with out getting wind noise and it would occasionally create a weird pressure in my ears like riding in a car with the rear windows down. Also the battery life was really short. I expected so much more from the top of the line head phone manufacturer and especially at that price point. So I ended up returning them and getting a cheaper pair of Sony ear buds that don't have as good sound quality but I can switch out between ear buds during the day.
