    I tried 3 different sets of these, the third directly from Bose and they all had the same issue. The left pod drained at over twice the rate of the right and after a few minutes it fully stopped working. The other main issue was they "hiccuped" constantly. I looked online only to find that this is a common problem in the U.S. as well as in Europe. Bose eventually acknowledged issue and replaced with the headset version .

    Device didn't last a year - will not reset or connect. For the price I wouldn't purchase again

    The sound is great when playing music. The noise cancellation works but no where as good as my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. The Apple Air Pods, are much better if noise cancellation is what you are after.

    I have nothing positive about this product. It’s the worst earpod i ever have. It constantly disconnected with my devices and the sound is terrible. What a lost on my money!

    worked great for the first 8 months, slowly started getting noise in around the seals and now they randomly get dropped from my Bluetooth. very annoying

    Keeps droppong connections on my samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I have to restart my ohone and sometimes uninstall and reinsrall the Bose app

      I am very sorry to hear that your QuietComfort Earbuds II are not staying connected to your phone. You can try re-syncing the earbud and case connection, by putting both earbuds into the charging case, waiting a while, and then putting the right earbud in first before the left.     I didn't like them, they didn't sound like I expected when on the phone the person is heard far away the sound is not quality. You're paying a lot for something that's not good

    They secured in the ears, but quite disappointed as Bose doesn't support individual connectivity ear phone and no wireless charging and kept losing connection all the time, especially on ipad.

      Hey,

      While single earbud listen with the left ear is not currently supported, we are working on adding a feature that will let you use either the right or left earbud independently for listening and calls. If you already have the QC earbuds II and use the Bose Music app, you’ll be notified when this update is available.
