    Bought them specifically to use while running. I get an unusual sound on each step and they don't stay in my ears effectively. I've tried each of the sizes.

    I was looking for an upgrade from my samsung galaxy buds pro, but this is not an upgrade. The noise cancelling is awful compared to cheaper earbuds, including my old galaxy pro's, the sound quality is okay, but not what I would expect from Bose. The left earbud will not stay connected unless you have the right one in as well. The battery life of the earbuds is only about 4-5 hours on about 70% volume. I dont know if its because I have an Android phone, but I would not recommend these to anyone.

    Worked for a few weeks and then I could hear who I was talking to, but they could not hear me. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting, reinstalling everything…. And nothing has worked.

    The only problem I have is that the call quality stinks on these. People on the other end have a hard time hearing me. otherwise, love these.
