Bose earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I finally decided to get some earbuds and I went with the best. The sound quality is excellent and since they come with 3 different size rubber earbud tips they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend these earbuds to anyone who wants high quality sounding calls, or music. You can't go wrong with Bose.

Bose earphones
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is great with the noise cancellation. The only thing that annoys me is it has connectivity issues. Sometimes it won’t even connect or it will randomly disconnect and I have to wait 15-30 mins for it to see my phone again. The earphones last about 4-6 hours before it gets low on battery and I probably have to charge the case every 3-4 days if I’m using them for the gym every day.

No OFF sucks
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Good: There are wonderful earbuds. The sound is great. It is full. They fit well and don't fall out due to the many options. The noise cancelling is the best I have experienced. I love that I can control everything needed of the earbuds, even the volume. I wish it would adjust my phone volume. The OK: The case is a bit large. The lid feels a little weak. The app doesn't connect after wearing the buds for a longer time. I can't save my equalizer setting. I had a hard time connecting them to my Fire stick 4K MAX. The way the additional ear tips and bands are stores is very ecological and cheap but it is also finicky to put them back. I don't mind the missing of wireless charging. The bad: There is some static noise in a very quiet room that doesn't go away by changing settings. The wind noise is OK in QUIET mode but I don't hear much traffic. The more I change the setting to AWARE, the more wind noise I get. This is a safety issue, either no music of no traffic! The noise cancelling has outbursts when I'm drive in my car with an open window. It is getting worse with more AWARE mode so I'm driving in QUIET mode what is another safety issue. I wish I can turn the buds to OFF to have no static, no wind, no outbursts or longer battery life. But a lot of earbuds have a different sound profile in the OFF setting. A wind reduction setting might also work. I'm not sure if I'm going to return these. These are too many little bad thing for $300.

Posted .Hi Rainier.
Thank you for your feedback. Please try our simple troubleshooting steps here about static noise. https://bose.life/3I74NeT. Wind noise will be picked up by the microphone in the earbuds if you are driving a car with open windows in "Aware" mode. External mics on the headset feed outside sound into the headset. If you require further assistance, please get in touch with us here. https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help.

Good sound-if they will connect
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality and noise cancellation on these headphones are great. I also think they are fairly comfortable to wear for long periods of time. However, I constantly have to battle with keeping them connected to my phone. I have to forget the device and repair them multiple times a week. It is so frustrating to me. I spent too much money on these headphones for this to be an issue!

Great sound!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound with music is excellent and I connect with my tv during the week and the sound is great. The battery life lasts for me about 2 weeks at 100% connecting with the tv. Very comfortable in my ears and don’t hurt at all.

NOT for running!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The QC Earbuds II are horrible for running! The buds fit perfectly and are very comfortable. However, with each foot impact I hear a loud boomp. I tried every combination of bands and tips with no success. The previous version was perfect for running. The tips and wings are much larger than the core of the buds. This new version has extremely thin bands and small tips, and the bands are barely larger than the core of the buds. It feels like the plastic core is bumping on my ear while I'm running. It causes my ear to constantly itch. The core also gets very sweaty; the old version didn't, because sweat couldn't run down inside my ear. There is also quite often bleed in of some kind. At first it wasn't very often, but it increased to the point where it became very annoying. Lastly, this new design of one tap pause is absurd!! How can you slide your finger for volume control without first touching, which pauses the music before you can adjust the volume! There is a delay after each tap, so I think the tap didn't register and tap again, which is another separate control feature. These QC II buds are fair enough if you plan to use them for anything besides impact sports. They are comfortable for long wear, they stay put, and are excellent for noise cancelling! I'm extremely disappointed with this version of earbuds. I would not purchase these again. I purchased another pair of the original QC Earbuds instead.

Great Sound but not for IPhone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose always has amazing sound and the ANC was incredible!!!! However, the connection with Apple’s IOS was not very good. It would not connect automatically when I put the earbuds in my ear. I had to navigate to the App and connect them. I am also disappointed that I can not use the left earbud independently. Bose still has the Master/Slave programming that does not allow that. I opted for the new Air Pod Pros that are much more comparable than I expected. The sound and ANC on the AirPod Pro 2 Gen are really great as well!! It was the best choice for me as an IPhone user.

Posted .Hi.
Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that you have had trouble connecting the earbuds with your iPhone. Usually, this happens if the Bluetooth device is connected to another product.
The Bluetooth device might not connect to the QC Earbuds II if it is already connected to another product. Go to the Bluetooth settings on the device, disconnect any connected products, then try connecting the QC Earbuds II. You asked and we listened! I'm happy to say that you can use either earbud for music or calls while the other is in the case. Download the latest firmware update through the Bose Music app. If you need help with this, follow the video here https://bose.life/3HzRFxL, or just reach out to us here, https://bose.life/3BzXXfd. We are happy to help.

Bose just sounds awesome
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hold your hard earned dollars before buying this! If this is your very first time owning a Bose QC earbud, then this may blown you away when comes to size and big sound, but if you already own the previous version or you want to get some savings by buying earlier models, then this might not be for you. Pros: Fit Size: Very good (Excellent compared to earlier versions) Caring size: compact ( very compact compared to earlier versions) Sound quality: Excellent fidelity ( slightly better base response then the earlier versions) Battery life: very good Cons: A bit expensive Overall: I still love the purchase and Bose doesn’t disappoint on sound quality I do recommend the product over other brands.

Great Sound Quality, Comfortable
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[using an iphone 13 pro max] I've had these for a couple days now, and here's what I feel. Amazing sound quality, incredibly easy to use! It was easiest to set up using the Bose app they point you to in the instructions, but it's very intuitive and easy to use. The headphones fit great so far. There are multiple sizes to choose from, and I'm still deciding which size really is the most comfortable, but I'll know that after a full work day with them. They're comfortable enough that it's easy to forget I'm wearing them. I appreciate having an 'aware' mode where noise cancelling can be turned off (honestly still really good at keeping noise out). They seem to say in well enough, but will know more after working out. LOVE the ear bud controls. They're easy to use, and give you a good amount of functionality (volume up / down, skip song, pause/play). They can be on the pricey side, but if you can get them on sale like I did / use some rewards, 1000% a worthwhile investment.

Easily the best wireless headset I've ever owned!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these because my other Bose headset wasn't good for workouts (over ear) and my AirPods failed for the 3rd time. I was a little hesitant because of the price but have been 100% satisfied with my purchase. The sound is phenomenal for all types of music, especially when I'm out on runs. They seal up well and the noise cancelling works extremely well. Blocks out almost all the outside noise, actually so much so that I don't use it when exercising so I can hear the world around me. They last a very long time, often not needing a charge until I've used them for multiple hours, multiple time. I like these so much, I've actually started using them over the over-the-ear headset. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for earbuds like this...even more so if you're comparing them to AirPods, which have a ton of issues.

Great Earbuds, Watch out for the Case
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great earbuds! Sound and quality is great, and the battery lasts long with the noise canceling. I use them for travel on planes and even when I just want to hear music while hearing my surroundings. One thing to look out for is the case is magnetic, and you can lose the earbuds if its bumped or jostled hard enough to open the case.

Minor Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the first QCs since release and have enjoyed them. The QC II definitely have a better design with how small the case and buds are. However the new model has a constant white noise in ANC mode. It's very hard to ignore and I couldn't get used to it. The first gen never had that issue, the ANC is nice and quiet. I also had recurring connection issues with my iPhone even after updating the firmware. Ended up returning and sticking to the first gen.

My Fav
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are my fav noise cancelling ear buds. The quality of sound is amazing, the battery lasts long, and the noise cancelling is pretty good. If you suck at charging your headphones and need noise cancelling to focus get these! I’ve had these for over a year and half and will be replacing them with the same ones once they break or I lose them. My only complaint is the Bose app

Another Amazing Bose Product!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II are an exceptional set of ear buds. The build quality is solid and the sound is amazing. Setup is an easy and important step to getting the most out of your Bose earbuds. Most importantly, update the earbuds. Get the app, connect the earbuds to the app and let the update do it’s thing. Next important step is to go through the fitment process. Try out the different sized tips and find to get the perfect size. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did this part. Once you’re updated and fitted you’ll be ready to enjoy these amazing earbuds. I’ve been listening to all kinds of music, watching movies, YouTube etc. and they have been performing great. With noise cancelling at maximum, and at about 70% volume I’ve been getting about 5-ish hours before needing to recharge. Speaking of noise cancelling; No one does it better than Bose. Period. Absolutely impressive and incredible! You can set it to whatever level of noise cancelling you’d like, create your own sound profile and much more within the app. Finally, the fit. I’ve used many different kinds of earbuds and they all eventually fall out. Whether working around the house, in the gym or just lying in bed, the Bose QC Earbuds II fit great and haven’t fallen out on me yet. If you’re in the market for an incredible set of earbuds, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed with these Bose earbuds!

Constant connection issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are fairly awful, especially for the price. They constantly disconnect/reconnect and the sound frequently produces a brief distorted fade in/out effect. Occasionally, only one earbud decides to work, which requires you to place them back into the case and try again. Lastly, any interruptions to what you're currently listening to (notifications, calls, etc.) will occasionally make the earbuds unusable until you reset or reconnect them. The only reason it deserves 2 stars is for the sound quality and battery life; when they actually decide to work, they sound really good and last quite a while. Overall, I wish I the old Bose Soundsport earbuds were still available; this purchase has largely been a poor experience.

Great earbuds!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What i like most about these earbuds is…everything! The sound quality is superb, the controls are easy to use, and, they fit perfectly right out of the box. Of course, i’ve owned Bose headphones before, so i knew the quality would be superb but these are head and shoulders above those. They mean it when they say they’re always innovating. The price can be a little steep for some, but, as the saying goes, “…You get what you pay for…”, and i will ALWAYS pay for these when needed.i even picked these over Airpods, and that’s saying something. And the noise cancelling ability…i fell in love iwth it the second it came on…automatically! Not much else out there does that, i’m sure. In closing, these will be my go to earbuds for as long as they hold out, which will be for years, I’m sure. Do yourself a favor…get these. You’ll see how rigth i am once tou turn them on.

Best decision
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little skeptical in purchasing because I was afraid they wouldn't stay on or thought I'd end up losing them easy. I had owned the Bose wired soundsport for many years until my grandbaby pulled and ripped them apart. I really enjoyed the sound of the Bose wired SoundSport but i was unable to find mte a new pair. I did tried other brands that were good but the quality of the sound wasn't the same. I finally made the choice to buy them and I am glad I did i enjoy the quality of the sound, they stay on, and like that they came in easy storage. My daughter asked if they sounded good and i told her it was the best purchase i made for myself but i know she wants a pair. Hopefully i win cause i would diffinetly give them to her i am sure she would enjoy them as well.
