    Best sound quality I've gotten from any earbud. Best bass range in an earbud also. The tap and volume features work great. Not 5 starts because I've had 3 pairs and after a few months, the audio in the left earbud fades making it slightly quieter than the right.

    Bought these for the noise cancelling feature only. I does exactly what I had hoped. The in ear fit is soft and malleable, far more comfortable than foam earpeices. The little shroud that surrounds the device keeps position secure and is not noticeable when in place. I cannot speak to the features I do not use, but I tried Sony's latest style and the cancelling feature was insufficient.

    I was contemplating getting the ultras since they had just come out but after the deep discount Best Buy offered, it was a no-brainer to pick up the IIs. Ok, so I have the AirPods Pro 2nd gen. I bought the Bose for the ANC to cancel out my wife's snoring! I am a light sleeper and with the AirPods Pro I was still able to hear her muffled snoring, but it went from a full-grown grizzly bear to a baby bear!! But, with these Bose, it immediately turned into no bear at all. It was kind of scary to hear no sounds except for the rain sounds I play to help me fall asleep at nigh. Since I am the protector of the house I worry that these Bose ANC may be too good, so I had to put them into quiet mode at night and listen to my baby bear's wife snoring! If you are looking for, I think the best ANC currently out there, go with these Bose II, especially at this deep discount!

    I wish they were a bit louder, and I wish they fit my ears a bit better like the soundsport earphones, but a solid purchase nonetheless. Much better than Sony Xm4000

    I really love these Earbuds! They cancel noise like nothing I've ever wore. They have a real nice range on Bluetooth and the battery last so long....I've never ran them all the way down. The sound is great like all Bose Products and I like the way you can toggle from aware to quiet without removing them!

    Bose has kept its great sound quality, the only issue I have is that the connectivity issues they will disconnect and reconnecting is a hassle

    Finally Converted to Bluetooth

    I had a pair of Bose wired noise canceling headphones that I lost on the train. I was not accustomed to Bluetooth, but now have the hang of it and think they are great. The sound quality is excellent and they are very comfortable.

    Very poor battery backup. Plus it forces you to use both earbuds at same time

    Love them!!! I had a hard time finding comfortable earbuds because my ear canals are small or something. I bought and returned so many, but when i found these my search for comfortable, well fitting and quality sounding earbuds was over. I'm super happy with my QC earbuds II.

    Not long hair friendly

    I give these 1 star for one reason they cost over 200 dollars but Bose can’t add a freeze feature? I have decently long hair it passes my ears and anytime I workout and get slightly sweaty or my hair gets slightly wet all I hear is the stupid voice switching modes, “immersion, aware, quiet” and it repeats forever!!!! If Bose added a freeze feature where the earbuds can’t get messed up by sweat then these would be great. Not long hair friendly in the slightest I’d return these asap if I didn’t go over the 14 day return policy. If you have long hair do no buy these or if you sweat more than normal, other than that these earbuds are actually really good, noise cancellation audio,etc but the connecting is a little annoying having to have a whole app for it but it’s not that bad, just get a freeze feature bose please

      To use the touch controls, the user is required to tap, swipe or hold an earbud. Due to this, it could be that your current set of earbuds are overly sensitive, as long hair and sweat shouldn't actually cause the issues you've described.       The headphones should work with any device that supports Bluetooth audio streaming. The iPhone 13 being no exception. As we've had no reports regarding this, it could be a problem with setup that may be causing you issues.     Boar Ear buds review

    These earbuds are terrific. I downloaded the instruction booklet which is super helpful. I love being able to adjust the noise levels & blocking the outside sound. They fit well, & are not bulky feeling in my ears. The charging is easy too. So glad I got these.

    I hate them. I was hoping to upgrade my first gen Bose QuietComfort (which I loved), but these just suck. There’s a crackling sound that comes and goes out of one side, it drops then picks up music. Half the time if you don’t take the other earbud out fast enough, it doesn’t connect and the only work around I’ve found is to pop them both back in the case. The sound quality is good and so is the noise cancelling, but they also fall out of my left ear, not matter how much I play around with the fit. I hate them and I’m pretty annoyed at Bose for releasing this garbage, bc it definitely isn’t up to their standards. I’m not about to turn around and buy another pair in the Ultra version either. And it seems like they released a slightly cheaper version before the ultra to try to get you to think “Oh these aren’t great, let me get the better ones for more money.” I’ll be shopping for another brand next time.
