    I was excited to get these but quickly realized these are probably the worst pair of headphones I have ever used. The sound quality isn't bad but definitely isn't was I'd expect from Bose. I have long been a Bose customer and I own plenty of Bose products. The biggest issue with these is the connectivity. Connectivity is the most basic part of a bluetooth device if they can't get that right then what's the point. My son has a pair of 12$ Spiderman headphones that have better bluetooth connection reliability than these do. If you move out of range they lose connection the only way to reconnect is to forget the device and set up all over again. No amount of button pushing will let them reconnect. I have had issues with one ear bud connecting and not the other. I have owned these for less than 3 days and I'm already done with them, they are going back to Best Buy on my next time off. I have NEVER returned a Bose product, these will be the first. I'll go back to my Airpod Pros.

    This is going to be a weird "review," since i don't own these. Yet. I gave it 3 stars because I'm undecided as to whether or not to buy a pair. My concern is the consistent negative reviews for a BOSE product. I realize the ultimate decision is mine. But the negative reviews seem to say the same things from different users. Satisfaction guaranteed? I'm going to measure the negative responses against the positive.

    Terrible experience all the way around. Customer service help me select these ear buds and told me they were $129 as the sign on the product said get to checkout and they are $299. Rings me out and I tell him I have some rewards I’d like to use states it’s to late I would have to return them and get checked out again whatever I’m over it at this point and leave. Get them all set up to my phone on the way home work great sound quality is out of this world! This was all on Friday fast forward to Monday I’m all excited to use these in the office guess what he’ll of a time pairing them to my dell computer but they finally paid…. Well one of them! Fight trying to correct the problem but it is never resolved reset them multiple time and changed several different devices and now can’t get them to pair with anything. Contact Bose and they say great news they can be exchanged with us for free just mail them back and we will send out a replacement pair in 4 weeks!! No thanks they will be going back to the store. 1st issue I’ve ever had with a Bose Product and I own several but might be time to change brands

    Great sound poor craftsmanship

    Sound quality is great when it’s consistent. I’m now on my 3rd set. I’ve had to replace because the lid popped off the charging case less than a week after I bought them, and twice because one side stops charging. Way too expensive to be having this many problems.

    Perfect Fit, Great Sound, Poor Connectivity.

    No matter what I do, they will not come loose from my ears. The sound is astonishing crystal clear. Even in the aware mode you can hear every detail of the sound while lestening to what is happening around you. My only problem is that for the price and reputation of Bose, they should be able to connect simultaneously to at least two devices and switch from device to device depending on what device is playing. This is what I have been used to with other brands (this is the first time I own a Bose) With Bose you need to go to the Bose Music app and manually change to the device you want your earphones to connect to. Or manually connect from your device (for example your computer or phone). This is annoying since I want to hear music from my phone and be able to answer calls on my computer when somebody call me. I wish Bose would say this is going to change soon. Furthermore, I have been experiencing disconnect issues often. When I am watching a show in my phone, my earbuds get randomly disconnected.

    As good as they sound and they are indeed good earbuds. My only problem them is you can use just one earbud they both need to be out the case to use them. Which is not ideal for when you need to keep in open ear at the office. Great for at home,gym or yard work but at work no good.

    Very Disappointed in these. Sound is good, but design is horrible. They will not stay in my ear with this new design. I even ordered (and had to pay for and shipping) the "alternate sizes" and they still will not stay in my ear when moving. The original QC earbuds stay great, not sure why they would change designs. Also the left cuts off when using and have to place back in the case to get it to restart. The case has much to be desired as well, they are not friendly to get out of case and no more wireless charging, moving back instead of forward has never been the Bose way. Very Disappointed in Bose.

    Amazing ANC

    I purchased my buds directly through the Bose store which provided me with the buds several weeks prior to their release at Best Buy. I was coming from the Sony XM4's which are still awesome but i do prefer my new Bose headphones. My only gripe is that i wish i could disable the touch control. When i am lifting weights overhead, sometimes my arms make contact with the buds which then pauses the music i am listening to. Not a deal breaker but maybe this can become a feature one day. In the end these headphones are amazing.

    No multipoint connect. Very uncomfortable after an hour, left nt ears throbbing. Returning them today. Sounds is ok but for bose you would expect perfection. Very bass heavy if you like that. The anc is phenomenal if you need it.

      Thank you for your post. While the QuietComfort Earbuds II can connect to and remember up to seven devices, they maintain a connection to only one device at a time during use. To connect to a second device that has previously been paired with the earbuds, you may simply select the QuietComfort Earbuds II on the second device’s Bluetooth settings menu, and the earbuds will disconnect from the first device and connect to the second.     Big time let down

    I've bought several Bose products, all were fantastic. High quality with no complaints. These however have been nothing but annoying to have. They take forever to connect, the pairing between devices gets forgetten all the time and you have to re-pair them, they just randomly lose connection while playing audio, and the microphone during phone calls is way too sensitive. Everyone I talk to on the phone says it's extremely loud and they can't hear what I'm saying (unless I'm sitting in a quiet room at home). I would not recommend these to my worst enemy.
