    They updated the app so you could use any side of ear bud only since the update everyone is complaining of connection issues. Until the fix it do not buy it. It is that bad.

    Horrible design. Touch controls consistently triggered inadvertently by insertion or hats. Cannot adjust sensitivity of control or inactivate it.

      The thing is, those little taps and swipes are what let you control things like playback and volume. They're a big part of what makes these headphones so convenient for so many people.

      In an attempt to avoid this being problematic for you, I'd recommend adjusting your grip: Try holding the headphones in a way that avoids the touch sensor areas. It might take a little practice, but you should be able to make adjustments to fit without triggering actions.

    Search popping noise (always the left side)

    Seems to be a known issue with this headset with no fix, I've had two replacements in a month. Back and forth with customer service has been awful. Besides that android app has never worked right. Rarely says I'm connected to my headset, logs me out of my account randomly, I've tried to register my product in app three or four times and it doesn't seem to stick This is my first and last Bose purchase.

    Theel left ear bud does not always charge. Found mutiple times it was only 10% charge when i tried to use it. Not as good as previous versions

    Bose air pods

    They suck and Best Buy’s return policy is the worst . After purchasing these air pods and working out at the gym, the sound would sometimes be distorted I did everything imaginable (cleaned with dry cloth,checked YouTube for answers)before calling Best Buy and letting them know of the situation and that I’d purchased a warranty long story short I’m out of 300 dollars and haven’t bought anything else from Best Buy please learn from this

    These earbuds are not worth the money. I had a set of the regular Quietcomfort Earbuds that I loved and they quit working about a year old. Called Bose and they sent me the new “upgraded” Quietcomfort II earbuds. So much for “upgraded “. More like “downgraded”. They do not fit as well, they do not sound as good, AND the noise cancellation is not as good. This will probably be my last Bose product.

    If I could give it 0 I would. Had for 1 week then left headphone stopped working completely. When removed from case it says fully charged but no sound. 4 hours later right headphone will not play music at all. Everything says it’s connected to iPhone and still nothing. Looks like hosed focused on all the bells and whistles and not the basics.

    garage, half the time I'm having to take them in and out of the case and my ear to try and get them to connect, and they keep disconnecting for no reason. sound quality is mediocre at best. and quiet feature causes random click artifacts in the sound.

    Quiet comfort II

    Horrible! Tried all Three inner ear plastic buds and they don’t fit well in my ear. The earbuds kept falling off my ear and I’m afraid to loose them. Took them back and had t a refund. Don’t know why Bose didn’t keep the same design of the plastic inner ear that fit better on the older generation and sport earbuds.

    Was scheduled to be delivered today, need for a Christmas gift. Recirved a message that it may not come until after christmas, if not by January 4th i can get a refund, i would like my money back so i can purchase a different item this week or the product i purchased

    The sound quality is no doubt the best! However these earbuds struggle to stay in longer than 5 minutes. I have changed the sizes of ear pieces to attempt to resolve this but no luck. Seems to me its just a poor fit design. Wish bose didnt let me down this time around :(
