    No multipoint otherwise Bose

They're good, but no multipoint? Huge disappointment on that front. I got really used to this on my Bose over ear headphones, my Pixel Buds has it, so the latest and greatest Bose QC II earbuds must surely have it but alas it does not. I often work from different places and use my earbuds to join zooms and take phone calls, or listen to music in between. My other headphones will seamlessly switch between my phone and my PC (pixel buds, bose over ear, samsung buds) but these do not. Being the latest earbuds at high end prices I guess I didn't think it wouldn't so that's my bad. But I'll have to get rid of these and go back to my Pixel Buds because it is a huge nuisance for someone to call you and have to manually fumble with your phone to switch audio devices, or take my earbuds out which defeats the whole purpose in having $300 Bose earbuds! ANC noise cancelling is good but I gotta be honest, my Pixel Buds do as good of a job and better with foam tips. It's definitely better than the Samsungs. They do fit very comfortably though and I like the design. They just sorely missed a basic feature that is expected in this price range. The other thing missing is wireless charging. Very strange other earbuds for $100 less have all these features and the best of the best Bose do not.

Noise cancelation for sound sensitive people

We have been a long time user of Bose over the ear headphone and we were worried that the earbuds wouldn't have as much noise cancelation. We were very happy to find it was just as good. This product was for someone that has sound sensitivity and has to bring the headphones to loud events so they can tolerate all the noises. So having these small earbuds replacing that job and able to fit in our pockets is great. Would recommend! The only thing we wish it had was a way to locate it from the app so if they get lost in the house. Also some really cool decals you can get online for them.

The headphones are well designed aesthetically. They fit comfortably in my ear. There are times when they hesitate to connect to my devices and sometimes I’m actively on a call and they refuse to connect.

Breath Taking sound quality, the Bass is magical, the noise cancelling isolation is very powerful, easy to install and connect, very comfortable in ear. the only con I can think off is the charging case door is not firmly closed,

It is an excellent companion when it comes to listening to music and watching movies. Sound quality is broad or BIG and SPACIOUS. And the 2 earplugs stay while I am exercising, jogging or playing basketball. AMAZING EARBUDS!!!

Finally buds that actually stay put in my ears. I've owned the Google pro buds, the Samsung pro 2s, Jabra 65, 75 and 85s and they all fall off. Working out in those buds I mentioned was impossible. These however are amazing. With the included tips I able to get a great fit. No more being afraid of washing the dishes scared of a bud falling into the sink (it's happened). They sound great, the noise canceling is great, and no issues with phone calls. However, all calls I do are typically indoor. If you're looking for the best fitting buds these are it. They're pricey but well worth it. Only con for me is you cannot connect two devices simultaneously. You can pair with various devices but you have to into your bluetooth settings and pair them with the device you intend to use. Not to big of a deal though.

Ok so they are Bose and they aound amazing. Great for music and just getting lost. Call quality is good and have had no complaints about the mic quality. My problem is connection. If i answer a call and want to put in a bud so i can so things with my hands it only picks up the audio 50% of the time. Not a deal breaker and this is with latest IOS so maybe a compatibility thing. Just be warned.

    Review after Two Months

I love the sound quality and the noise-canceling component. The headphones are easy to charge and typically connect easily as long as I stay within range of the device I am connected to. I also use these when I mow and can hear my music with no problem. The headphones have the ability to change how much noise-canceling you want, depending on your environment. I use three different settings: aware (can hear everything and music adjusts to the environment), focus (some noise-canceling but still allows me to hear people, but more muffled. I use this when at work), quiet (complete noise-canceling and it is magical). The built in features that allow me to connect to Siri on my iPhone, skip songs or go back, adjust volume, tapping to pause, and taking a headphone out to pause and instantly be involved in conversations has been great, too. Most of the things I need, I can control directly from the headphone rather than the app on my phone. Great hands-free features. My biggest complaint is that when I use my headphones and want to use my iPad with its Apple Pencil, the Pencil will disconnect. It's not a problem with the headphones, but more of a problem with the Apple Pencil. Just want others to be aware that this could happen to them if trying to use both simultaneously. Also, the first couple of uses will potentially make your ear sore. Think of it as working out a muscle - your muscle is typically sore after an exercise but is less sore after each workout. I no longer experience the soreness after using the product for a few months. My ears just had to get used to something "hanging" from them.

Hands down the best true wireless NC earbuds there are. I have bought beats pros and AirPods Pro and the sound quality of these Bose are superior. One annoyance that may be my fault but at least once every other week I have to remove and re-pair the earbuds which can be very frustrating in the middle of a workout.

Let's get the pros out of the way - Best noise-canceling earbuds hands down. It can get dangerously quiet! - Decent sound - Comfortable fit - Truly wireless, all controls are on the earbuds (unlike the previous model) - Both earbuds can be used independently (unlike the previous model). Let's talk about everything else that needs to be improved and the lack of attention to detail in this price range - Poor quality phone calls, The person on the other end of the line hears significant background noise and the voice is unclear. It renders it almost useless in busy environments for phone calls. - It can't automatically switch between devices. It's a hit or miss. - Flimsy case, it opens easily, yet doesn't stay open. The previous case had a bottom on it to keep the content inside in case you dropped the case. If you drop the new case, good luck finding your earphones. All content will fly everywhere. - The earphones are difficult to take in and out of the case. - No wireless charger. - No battery indicator on the case (like the previous model) - You have to open an account with bose to use all headphone features out of the box. You have to agree to their conditions At this price range, you'd expect BOSE to pay close attention to details, but they missed the mark. I hope they listen to reviews on the next model and make it perfect.

      Hi there,

It's great to see that you love the noise cancelling of the earbuds, along with the fit and sound.

I understand you had difficulty with calls, I recommend ensuring that the earbuds have the correct orientation to ensure the best mic pick up, for help with that our guide here https://bose.life/3SGHEUH can show you and other steps that can help.

I'll make sure your feedback about the charging case is fed back to our engineer teams. Setting up the earbuds in the Bose Music app is optional and can be skipped. We understand that not everyone would like to create a MyBose account to use the app with our headphones.

You can of course reach out to us (https://bose.life/38DNELy) if you wish to provide any further feedback.

Great sound, fit and lightweight… the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because Bose makes you get the app to use them. So had to download the app on my phone, iPad and laptop.. I don’t like a lot of apps on my phone and devices; but my preference only..

the noise cancellation and sound quality is unbelievable considering the size and price of these earbuds. ive only had 1 consistent issue with these headphones since purchasing them. every once in a while they wont connect ro my phone and when they do connect it sounds like im listening through a tin can. most of the time this csn be fixed by reconnecting them to my phone which isnt a difficult fix just a frustrating one.

I originally bought the Sony XM5 earbuds but then went back to the store same day and exchanged them for the Bose because the only thing securing them in my ear was the rubber/foam piece. I don't particularly like rubber jammed in my ear. These are more secure and are able to be worn more relaxed. I have an active job and don't want them to repeatedly fall out and eventually break. The sound and noise cancelling is scary good. Sometimes connectivity can be wonky but it takes a few seconds to reset/repair if needed. They are new so things should be smoothened out.
