Honestly, these suck. No matter what I do, I cannot get them to stay in my ears, which makes them unusable.

      Hi Chris.
Thank you for posting. Sorry to hear that you have to return the earbuds. Noisy environments such as airplanes taking off, concerts, emergency sirens, and construction zones (among others) can overwhelm the microphones used to monitor external frequencies (part of the ANC technology) causing the headphones to crackle or distort. Our suggestion is to just move to a quieter environment. If you have future questions, just reach out to us here. https://bose.life/3BzXXfd. We would love to help.

    Bose QuietComfort II problems

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

My experience with Bose QuietComfort 2 earbuds was, to say the least, horrible. The first set would nor pair to my IPhone or IPad. After talking to the Geek Squad guy, they replaced it with a second unit. That one would not allow me to access the Bose Music App setting menu. After a long time waiting on the Bose help line, I gave up and returned it back to the store. Learned my lesson, Bose is NOT user friendly.

In 2022 and Bose is still behind with the times, got a message today that my headphones need to be updated the only way to update the case is via computer seriously I haven’t used a pc in 5 years cars can update and drive themselves but bose wants you to grab a pc and update the charging case.

Hey there, hope you're enjoying your new QC Earbuds II! The earbuds themselves can be easily updated by connecting to the Bose Music app, and any future firmware upgrades will happen wirelessly over the air. The charging case will require to be connected to a computer to be updated, but this is purely up to whether you wish to do this. Your product will still receive the latest feature releases and bug fixes as long as it's connected to the Bose Music app.

If you run into any issues installing the firmware, please do not hesitate to reach out at https://bose.life/38Q1vZs and we'll be happy to help!
