The sound quality is what you would expect from Bose clear accurate sound. IF your a bass lover, not going to find that here. My main disappointment is the case and software. The case seems very sensitive to any drops and after 2 or 3 drops from my bed to the hardwood i started having issues with range and static. Already looking at replacing less than a year.

These earbuds have amazing sound quality. I was caught totally off guard when I listened to my 1st tune. Bluetooth pairs quickly & reliably. My primary use for these is hearing protection. I love that the Bose mobile app allows customization of noise cancellation. It works very well.

They are great great earbuds just don’t recommend buying with an iPhone , I encounter many issues with connecting correctly with my iPhone.

I used for less than 6 months but they are reliable and good, just better options available.

Sound quality is great. They are smaller than the previous generation which I don’t care for. Sometimes they fall out of your ears.

These are the finest noise canceling ear buds money can buy. Bose has outdone themselves with these units. I’ve been using Bose noise canceling headsets for years in my airplane, and they are great, but this is another level of technology second to none.

These headphones have incredible sound quality and noise canceling, but it is clear that there is a lot of issues that i feel like could be resolved through updates. I recently lost my pair of qc earbuds that i got last year around this time, so i figured i would just bite the bullet and get the new model. First, when i want to listen on just one earbud, i am unable to put the left one in my ear and the right one in the case. If i put the right one in the case, the left one immediately disconnects from my phone. it makes literally no sense. I tried probably ten times in a row, and then put the right one in my ear and the left one in the case and it worked fine. Second, the "aware" isn't even aware. Even when i turn active sense off, i find the noise canceling ducking loud outside noise at a SIGNIFICANT level, to the point where it was very frustrating. I had one earbud in the car (right one, of course) with the noise canceling fully off and active sense off, playing very light music and trying to have a conversation with the passenger, and everytime there was a loud noise outside the noise canceling would kick on. I preferred the old method of double tap left earbud to change noise canceling, double tap right to play or pause. it was much quicker than having to hold it down in my opinion. that should be an option. For this reason i would not recommend them YET. wish i had my old ones back until these were actually usable without making me angry.

I am thoroughly surprised by these buds. Once they activate, it's like closing a soundproof door. The sound is clear and concise. It takes some time to learn the tap functions, but it's a nice feature. They are way better than apple pods, in my opinion.

Great product! Best I’ve ever had! Outstanding sound quality with the ability to hear sound outside as well as hearing only what you want with quiet comfort! The highs and lows are very consistent; when listening to music I sometimes hear instruments that I’ve never knew were a apart of the song! I will enjoy these for many, many years!!

Nice fit. Best noise cancellation earbuds that I've tried.

Best headphones that I have ever owned, noise cancelation is clutch when traveling, or running a few miles, or just chillin and watching TV on my phone.

A while back I purchased another brand of buds with noise cancellation as a gift for my wife. She tried them, well I now have the first set of ear buds. She constantly lets me know they are amazing. They really cancel noise and the sound quality is second to none.

Very comfortable and excellent quality in sound and outside noise, reduction, excellent quality sound.

Audio Works great. A bit clumsy to insert in ears and case. Need to use Bose app to connect to device.

I like everything about this set. There's not much to complain about. The only issue is that sometimes the connection seems to get lost.

These are GREAT! I was very skeptical prior to purchase because of price. But having other BOSE products, I took a chance. I'll never get anything else. Friend had competitor brand that broke and heard me talk about BOSE. That friend tried the BOSE and stated they were hooked on BOSE also. Well worth the cost!

What can I say, they are Bose! Superior sound, and bass.
