Great sound clarity, very pleased with my purchase.

These earbuds are truly noise-canceling headphones. I am so impressed with these headphones, I use them to sleep in because they block my husband's snoring and I don't have to have anything playing. I would highly recommend them to everyone

The best set of earbuds I have had from Beats fits Pro to Apple air pods and everything in between they fit perfectly in my ear don’t rub or try and fall out the thing I could say as an improvement point is the app could do more work but I don’t use it much so I am happy

They said the noise canceling was better than the previous version and they were right. I would say its a lot better. I work in a very loud welding shop and it muffles most of the sounds. There is a few noises that makes it crackle a little, but for the most part it is excellent.

Great sound. Easy to use. Replaced SONY ear buds. Cannot get over the clarity, and total quiet I get with these earbuds. I highly recommend them. Not cheap, but worth it. Battery life could be better, but not huge issue

I am so grateful I bought these for my boyfriend. He can sleep with them in and he can’t hear the Tv I need to have on to sleep, and I don’t have to hear his music all night. But these for everyone you know!!!

I bought these a few months back and I’ve loved them since especially the noise canceling feature. Due to certain reasons I couldn’t download the Bose app on my phone so if you can definitely download the app as well.

I had the previous version of these headphones and loved them. These are even better! Primarily use them at the gym, they don't fall and are sturdy. Would definitely recommend.

I read/ watched article/ video reviews on this item. After much debate, I decided to give it a try. Once you start tweaking the EQ, the volume self-decreases (Im assuming to ensure optimal sound quality at certain volumes). I personally believe the Apple AirPods Pro 2 are much much better. The AirPods get louder and sound quality is better as well (IMO). No worth switching from my AirPods Pro 2. Save your money, go with AirPods Pro 2.

Honestly, the best headphones I have ever owned. The sound quality and bass makes you feel like your in the recording studio with the artist. I used them at work every day and battery lasts a long time.

I bought after I lost my AirPods. I just wanted to try and see how the Bose products are. And I was amazed by the sound quality of this product. The ANC I can say is better as well. I don’t think I’ll go back to AirPods after this. Bose really is good when it comes to sound quality.

Good build quality. Comfortable to wear. Battery life is ok. The holder charges the earbuds very quickly.

Really top notch. Customer for life. If I had to come up with any “negative” at all, I would say that they’re not for people who easily misplace things. Great sound, super “smart” tech. Love ‘em.

Very good sound quality! However sometimes I lose connection to my phone sometimes. My first pair of Bose and tbh; not terrible.

This is nice, but had problems with it came to IOS phone. The connection was weird, but the sound was amazing. The noise cancellation was great too.

Great rich sound and noise cancellation. They’re horrible cancelling wind noise. Overall they provide better sound quality than AirPods Pro.

These earbuds are awesome! I had the previous version as well, and they were great until my dog ate them. I decided to try the AirPods Pro. However, they didn’t work with my ears. I’ll blame that on my ear canals, and not apple’s design. This updated model is much slimmer and the case is similar to the apple AirPod Case so it should fit easier in your pocket. I know this sounds silly but this new model let you skip forward or go back for songs. The previous version would let you only choose one of the other. overall, I would recommend these as well as a Best Buy warranty. That’s because my dog also ate my new pair one week after I purchase them. All you have to do is bring it back in and they give you a replacement right on the spot. It’s the best!
