I was looking for something I could wear in a room and not hear much of anything. These delivered. I have used them in large data centers and still been able to hear the person that I was on the phone with. It was a little difficult for them to hear me at times, but it was a great experience. I also mowed my lawn last weenend with them in and I could barely hear the mower running. Also, I like sitting in a room with ambient nose, putting these in quiet mode and if I close my eyes, I can be in my own world. Then there's the bass. I have tried a few pairs and these have been the best for me. I listen to music that is heavy in bass (League of Legends, Excision, Solence, etc) and these do not let me down. They are a little on the larger side, and it took me a while to find the right size insert to be comfortable and not fall out, but I am used to them now. The App that controls them has lots of settings including a modest EQ, and a way to set the noise cancelling level. It was hard to pair the 1st time, but eventually I got it done.

As a lifetime Bose customer with the QC Ear buds they continue to satisfy. The connectivity was easy with the Bose music app. The sound quality is great. The noise canceling exceed my expectations. Even without any music or sound the noise canceling still functions basically like a form of PPE. The fit is good once you figure out how to put them in with the wing tips. I had difficulty putting them in the first time. Follow the directions and keep trying. They come with 3 size tips 1, 2, and 3. If you find that your proper size doesn’t quite fit right call Bose support they have a half size kit they sent me for free which includes 0, 1.5, and 2.5. I got the earbuds on sale for $199.99. The $279.99 is a bit steep, but if it came down to it and had the money they are well worth the price. Also the charging is great. I have maybe used them a max of 2 hours I haven’t run them down completely. I have had them for 3 weeks now and the charging case I fully charged it when I purchased them, and I have not had to put it back on charge. The 5 light indicator I’ve only drop to 4 lights. If you have the money do it. This product will exceed expectations

These ear buds are the best I have ever used. The noise cancelling is awesome and beyond belief. They are very durable and stay charged a long time. The sound quality is as good as any I have ever heard.

I was a little concerned about these because of the size, but i am glad I got them. I have a samsung phone and have loved the samsung buds pro. The only issue I had with the buds pro was that they didnt stay in my ear very well. These headphones stay in my ear perfectly, sound incredible, work great with my phone, and sound better for other people you call. I definitely recommend them.

Just bought these about a week ago after I returned the Galaxy Buds Pro because they wouldn't stay in my ears, and i am thrilled i did. These feel so comfortable, are a good snug fit, and the sound is amazing. The noise canceling is far superior. Based on the reviews many were disappointed when these came out and they didn't have any eq settings, but thats no longer the case. You can now adjust the eq settings to your preference in the Bose music app. Only reason i don't give these 5 stars is i wish there was more touch functionality available all the time such as skip track, and previous track instead of having to choose one setting.

Love them. Have had them for at least a year. I use them at the gym mostly. They are comfy and stay in the ear. Sound quality and anc are very good.

These are THE BOMB. I use them at Formula 1 and MOTOGP races for noise reduction and to stream commentary on the races. I also use them to fly, perfect. Charge lasts a LONG time. I haven’t timed it but I can use them for 3 full days in a row and don’t have to charge. I’ve had them for 3 years now and still love them.

Truly wonderful buds. Very, very good at noise cancelling. Once I put these on, all sounds are - at the most- a low muffle. Once the music/podcast starts I cannot hear anything else. I use these on flights and they are truly the best flying decision I make each time I get on a plane. Sound is great, nice bass and mid-tones. The clarity is very good. And they are comfortable. I wore them on a 6 hour flight with no soreness. The only negative I have is the way they connect to devices. It really isn't intuitive. They will connect to the last device it was connected to (that's good), but when you want to switch you have to press the button in the case and then go to the other device and connect from there. This is so much harder than my Sony ear buds. However, I can deal with it due to the near perfect noise cancelling ability.

Honestly one of the best purchases I've made in terms of headphones/earbuds. incredibly comfortable with a pretty good battery life, the gel tips are soft and very durable and I'd hardly say they ever get uncomfortable even after hours of use. The case also hasn't failed me in two years and holds a charge for weeks at a time.

The noise cancelling is great, the fit is comfortable and the sound is good. For voice the audio is excellent. For music it is good. Battery life is great, you get into the second half of the afternoon. If you charge somewhere around lunch, you are good. Detection of earbud in and out is good too. Pause and resume is simple. Two things to nitpick at. (1) Don't put one in your pocket if you are somewhere you'd like to only use one. Your pocket will push on the control and stop audio. I've even started playing from different audio apps too. Careful, put one away if needed. (2) If connecting to more than one device often, it is a pain. The Bose Soundsport I also have - you can just cycle through known devices by hitting the button on the earbud. Maybe this one can too, it's just not enabled by default.

These really are amazing. Noise cancellation is top of the hill. Sound is bright without being to sharp. Base is natural sounding, not the artificial base that muddles up the mid and treble. Comfort and secure fit are amazing. Truly love these and I own a lot of expensive earbuds and headphones.

Great product, great sound, excellent fit. I Like these better than the Airpod pros. I feel a lot less anxious that these will fall out, where the pros I was always worried I would lose them. The only con to these is that they don't read your texts, but that's very minor, but only negative I can find

These buds have excellent frequency response with tight bass and crisp mids and highs. Distortion? Non-existent; even at high volume. Where these really shine though is their outstanding noise reduction algorithm. Pop them in your ears and turn them on and it's dead silence. I also like to have them in when I'm not listening to music, like at the office or at home. I can just tune everyone out and do my work in absolute silence. The only thing I can hear is myself breathing. It was actually kind of creepy at first, but I quickly got used to the silence. The battery life is much better than first-gen buds, (I'm looking at you Sony) and the price isn't bad for what you get. Build quality is fantastic and they truly are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. My only gripe, (and it's really more of a nit-pick) is that they stick out somewhat far while wearing them when compared to some of their competition. Would I buy them again? Yep.

Been using these pretty consistently for about a month now and Im very impressed with the active noise cancellation. Id recommend using the shortcut so you can actively switch between the noise cancellation and "aware" setting. This leaves for room for seamless use whether your're on your way to work or headed to your next class. Comfortable too!

Love the sound and how it blocks out the noise. Stays charged through my day but down fall is the ear pieces do not fit my ears no matter what size is used. Able to use while stationary but bending over it working out they fall out.

These earbuds have a really nice sound, but I wish they were louder than they are. I like a loud bass sound, and these don't have that. The noise cancelling feature is great though! I use these on small airplanes where the whine of the engine can really be heard, and these drown that noise out wonderfully. The earbuds are rather large and not low profile, too. I've had troubles with them staying in place because of that. They will hold a charge with the case for days and days and days, which makes it easy to carry them in your purse or backpack without worrying about them dying. Overall, I am pleased with these headphones.

I have tried multiple earbuds trying to find a set that will stay in my ears while running. I tried Sony, Jabra, Jabra Sport, Samsung Galaxy, etc. All had a tendency to fall out if I moved too much. These earbuds do not have that problem. They stay firmly in my ears until I remove them. Even during long runs these don't come loose and I've never had to re-adjust. I've had them in my ears for 6 hours without any problems. They are comfortable. The size is bulky, but they are just as comfortable as any earbuds I have tried. The sound is great, and the noise canceling is very good. I like that I can go from silent to aware with a simple double-tap. The battery life is also excellent. The only con I can think of is the size of the case. It is bulky in my pocket, but that's a small trade-off for me.

Great quiet noise reduction tech so I can switch modes from Aware to Complete Silence Quiet mode. Cant hear anything outside my music when I activate the QUIET mode. They also stay in my ear during my workout time at the gym.

I have owned these for about a month now. There are a lot of great features and I know that they will only get better with time and firmware updates. I use them most of the time for making phone calls and then use them for music to keep the distractions of the home office at bay. The sound quality is everything you would expect from Bose: Rich bass, crisp highs and a wide sound stage. The fit, for me, is great. They are comfortable and I can wear them all day with no issues. I have heard that some people find them uncomfortable, but I have no problems with the fit. I have tried all three ear hooks and like the medium the best. Also, the fit is secure.. once they are in, they don't fall out and they don't shake loose. The call quality is fabulous. I have made calls in the car and have had people tell me they can hardly hear the road noise and in many cases don't know that I am driving. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is everything I could want. You put the earbuds in and the world disappears. Not completely, of course, don't think that you will suddenly be in the void of outer space, but the fan in my office goes away, the noises outside the house go away and I barely hear the noise around the house. Turn on some music and the effect is complete! Now, because of the shape and style of the earbuds, the case is definitely large. Not as bulky as the original Soundsport free, but they are certainly not airpod cases. I would say that if you have seen the case for the Sony earbuds, or the Sennheiser earbuds, you are on par. I have seen posts where people are complaining about the size of the earbuds and how far they stick out of your ears. Going to say that is not an issue.. the earbuds are pretty discreet.. no they are not as small as the airpods pro, but on par with the Sony WF-1000ZXM3 or Sennheiser Momentums. Of course there are some downsides.. unlike airpods, I can't use either/or earbud to make calls or listen to music.. it's the right earbud only.. if you want to make a call, you have to at least use the right earbud.. when you put the left one in with it, you get total immersion for the call or for music, but if you are only going to use one bud, it has to be the right. That does challenge things if you have a full day of calls to make, you can't swap buds out between calls to make sure you always have a fully charged bud. They also take a few moments to connect when you pull them out of the case and put them in.. not hateful, maybe 5-10 seconds. I have never missed a call because it took too long to put the earbuds in and have them connect... Touch controls. nice touch.. I can answer calls, pause music, adjust the transparency mode and control my voice assistant with taps on the earbuds. Given all of that, I love the Bose sound quality, the call quality, the comfort, noise cancellation and the touch controls.
