Awesome product! Great Active Noise Cancelation. I use these when I'm in my convertible in the highway and it drowns out outside noise very well. Highly recommend I do wish the touch controls did more, they are lacking in this area.

These are fantastic. The noice blocking is great—if I use these in my office I cannot hear people Knocking on the door. Also great for mowing the lawn—reduces the engine sound.

Absolutely love these earplugs. Bose makes a great product and these are no expectation. They’re a bit pricey but, you know you’re buying quality the minute you turn on your favorite tune.

I originally had the new version of the sports ear but got a lot of complaints from friends and family saying they couldn’t hear me. So I upgraded to these and have had no complaints. The noise canceling is definitely a add bonus.

Wow. I thought my previous earbuds had good sound quality, but these are incredible. And the ANR makes it so I can mow with just these instead of having to wear ear protection over my earbuds.

Sound and noise cancellation is amazing and I have a pair of Airpod pros. However, they are a bit bigger in the ear. That is the only downside. Takes a bit used to as far as the features but the sound is simply brilliant!

This item is very nice, sound is great, I would give it a five but they kept poppin of my ears they we're to big for me and they hurt . Sad thing to have to return them.

Very very happy with my bose earbuds. They fit like a glove in my ears and I can hear so much better when I'm talking on the phone especially when my granddaughter is calling and she is in her carseat behind her mommy in the vehicle. Just amazing!!

The reliability of these, and Bose' replacement policy after two replacements, is very disappointing (more below). Outbound audio quality on phone calls and web conferencing is good, better than my full Plantronics headset. Inbound audio quality for high-fidelity music is fair - the Sennheiser Momentums are better if that is your priority - but neither of these will compete with IEMs like those made by JL Audio. Regarding reliability: IMO, this is a seriously flawed product in the current version. I have the most current firmware as of Feb 26 2021. I have attempted to change the device paired with the earbuds twice: once, from my MacBook to my Android phone, and then again later from my Android phone to my new iPhone. On both occasions, the earbuds failed to unpair, forget the old pairing, and then allow me to repair. On both occasions they went into an unrecoverable state. Resetting them (pressing/holding the button inside the case for 30 seconds) did not recover them. Bose has agreed to send me replacements, twice now. And what is especially aggravating is the Bose replacement policy: they send me a box, collect the old earbuds, and then after receiving them, they send a new pair. So I'm out of a set of very expensive earbuds, for 3 round trips in the mail. I have tried to force Bose to accept a credit card deposit in case I don't return the old pair, but they refuse. I find this policy to be completely unacceptable. And this product is essentially defective in that it cannot actually be reset when it gets into a bad pairing state.

The sound is wonderful. They enhanced the music, allowes me to hear and speak in noisy places like train stations. The earbuds are a little heavy. Two additional ear pieces were included for different sized ears.

The earbuds were comfortable and the noise cancellation really a plus but I am going to return these. It is a real pain to go from ipad to iphone. The app looks and acts like a program written 29 years ago.... cannot believe they took such little care in such an important part of using the buds. Going to check out the Sennhieser and hope they are easier to use.

Bose my first pair of earbuds great sound quality they just are a bit big for my ears looks like i have a big something but other than that they good quality can’t go wrong with bose

Price was same as Costco and more color choices. Sound is very good and great noise canceling on plane. Just wish they weren’t so large and clunky looking.

These headphones are a game-changer. Noise cancelling feature is top caliber and they do not feel bulky in my ears or slip off. The cozy fit on top of wonderful sound quality made this purchase super worthwhile!

Better than I could have imagined. These are my first pair of noise cancelling headphones and they're exactly what I was hoping for. Great sound quality coupled with the option to block out the noise. Perfect.

Great sound , the only problem is they keep falling out of my ears , I haven’t found the correct fit with the holders yet

voice cancelling is great.The sound quality is superior. I hope battery life will improve longer and I got a problem with the microphone, it sounded so very distant.

Literally amazing. I had the Bose Sport earbuds as well and wasn't sure which ones to keep. But I will definitely say, if you have the extra cash, then the QuietComfort factor is worth it!

I think the sound is great. However, for some odd reason, maybe it’s my own errors or something, but they don’t seem to hold onto my ears really strong.

They are perfect for working out with but to talk on they was not as good as the apple air buds but better to work out with
