They are awesome! I love them so much I purchased another pair for one of my employees. I am a Landscaper and these are perfect for when we cut lawns.

No Find My Earbuds feature!

Why Bose would exclude that capability on their noise most expensive earbuds is beyond me. I own and have owned several Bose products, including home surround sound, over the ear headphones, Soundsport earbuds, etc, so I truly am a fan. This has to be on the next app upgrade for these earbuds ASAP. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. If only using one earbud, make sure to use the right earbud.
The right earbud is the "primary" or main earbud; it controls the left earbud by relaying audio from the source device. If you place the right earbud in the case by itself with audio streaming and close the case, the audio will stop, and the earbuds will turn off. The connection issues are horrendous. Every turn or movement I made disrupted the connection with the device being at point blank range. The noise cancellation is true to spec but this is the only thing this product is good for. Sound quality is okay, but not up to the Bose standard in te comfort quality line. The price for this is not worth it. Save your money. The fit doesn’t cater to smaller ear canals and medium size to people of Asian decent will have problems keeping them in ear, regardless of the large fitting. I had 24 hours with this product and I totally am discussed with it. Returned immediately. Bose, take your sound engineers back to the drawing board or fire them ASAP.

It's a shame that you've experienced some connection issues. This shouldn't be happening. Have you connected the earbuds to a different devices with the same outcome? I'd recommend that you reset the earbuds following the steps listed here - https://bose.life/2SUshKt. This will also clear the pairing list, so you'll need to delete the earbuds from the Bluetooth list on any device you have previously connected.

Amazing Sound Awesome noise canceling!

Don’t want it? Turn it off. Use the app to adjust the sound. I gave it 5 Stars and we have 3 pairs of them in our house.
