The sound quality was good and they worked until they gave out. I reached out to Bose and they sent me the upgraded Bosed II. It's a hassle getting in contact with customer service.

I listen to lots of different types of music and they sound amazing

Maybe I still need to learn how to use them but they are not great at the noise canceling as I would expect for the price and brand and some challenges changing settings on the earbuds themselves. I can have these in at the highest noise canceling setting and hear people talking and weights making noise at the gym almost as if they are picking up the sound from a far distance. But, I did not return them so am happy enough with them.

Great ear buds but....

These ear buds sound great but long time wear causes issues within the ear. They made the inside of her ear swell up so she had to stop using them. Reason is because of the design. The rubber inserts are too big to fit into the outer ear. Called Bose customer service and we are trading them for Bose headphones.
